Conveniently located 6.9 miles from Main Street Breckenridge, 7.3 miles from Peak 9, 7.9 miles from Breckenridge Gondola, and just 2.6 miles from Quandary Peak Trailhead.
Guest Access
Access the house via a digital keypad on the front door or garage door. No need to pick-up keys at a rental office — just drive up, settle in, and start your vacation! The door code will be sent to you one day or day of, prior to check-in time.
Other things to note
Spring/Summer/Fall
Beware of bears! Always keep your distance, and never feed, store food or trash outside, including your car. Bears can get quite determined if they smell tasty food. If you see them on the property, keep your distance, and they will go on their way.
Our area is blessed with an abundance of wildlife, including bears, moose, and other majestic creatures. While we cherish these encounters from a safe distance, it's essential to keep all doors, windows, and the garage securely closed when not in use. All food must be removed from the deck and outdoor area when not in use. This simple precaution helps us coexist peacefully with our furry neighbors and ensures everyone's peace of mind.

Winter
During the winter temperatures can drop drastically. To maintain warmth in the home, please make sure to keep the garage door shut to protect the boiler, and all windows closed when not in use. The egress windows should not be opened during winter as snow levels are usually too high and these windows are harder to close. Please feel free to call us with any questions.
Driveway during the winter
Please park cars in the garage during the winter. Plowing of the driveway occurs when snow falls 4 inches or more. The driveway and entry to the driveway must maintain clearance at all times. Guests are responsible for all towing and shoveling fees if cars get stuck in the snow. If the driveway is blocked due to stuck cars or extra cars and the plower cannot get through, guests will be charged an additional $150 for the extra plow once cars are cleared. We strongly advise you to carry chains or have snow tires during the winter.
Security Cameras
Security cameras are placed outdoors at entry points to watch for snow levels and track wildlife. One camera is placed outside the garage door, entry door and deck. All cameras face south and do not infringe on privacy.

The views! Mt. Quandary is the most hiked 14'er in Colorado. You can hike it year round and come back to the Aframe and view it from the deck or inside the house!
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Aframes are super cool. Kids love the triangle shape. We think the views aren't too bad either. Privacy and seclusion but still close to all the action Breckenridge has to offer!
