Love how the space was set up/decorated. Everything essential was there. Hot tub was wonderful!! Loft bed was very comfortable. Host was very responsive to questions as well.

We had the best time on our family vacation staying at The Last Unicorn. It was very clean and filled with everything we needed to start our vacation! The location is absolutely perfect to access beaches, shopping, and food. The loft was so fun and the ladder to get to it was incredibly secure and easy to use. The hosts were so kind and made sure to check in and that we didn’t have any issues. We would absolutely stay here again!! Book it!!!

We stayed M- F. Here is my overall review: Location, Location, Location- excellent for both getting to Ptown and getting to the nice beaches on the end of cape cod. We should have brought our bikes.The bed and pillows were very comfortable- I did find that the loft was less consistent with our age (60s), but really only when getting up in the middle of the night for bathroom break. The Alexa system for voice commands for turning on lights downstairs was nice touch.The kitchen was functional. We cooked some great mealsThe hot tub and its privacy was great plus- used it twice a day and when coming back from swimming in cold ocean side. A stool on the deck side would be useful for older people for getting in and out.The back patio /yard was fantastic- nice pillows for seats and bird song- nice breeze- well set up with table sun umbrella and small gas grill and grilling implements that worked well. Nice view of flowers in back garden (no access- but nice flowers). The pool was also nice for getting some exercise when surf was too rough for ocean swimming (on ocean side). The private beach (bayside) that one has access to walk to from the loft in 5 min, was ok, but since we had a car and there are so many nicer ones you can drive to (5 min to 15 min) for both ocean and bay side, we did so.The host responded to VRBO messages in a reasonable time (next day prior to trip and typically within a few hours while we were at the loft). Great stay
