Very clean, perfect location. Host was very available and communicative when a very minor issue arose. Literally steps from the beach and everything happening downtown. Lovely time. Would definitely book again.

Great little place! Located in the heart of the east end and next to the park. It's clean and quiet, down a garden path from Commercial Street. There's no extra space here, but if you just want a sweet little spot to enjoy Ptown, it's kind of perfect.

Good location, very clean, exactly as described. Host very communicative. Access to the unit via touchpad. So much better than dealing with keys. If you’re staying for a long period of time and you bring lots and lots of clothes it might be a bit of an issue as space for them is limited. Was not an issue for me as I was there for three nights.

This gem is located on the beach side of Commercial Street, just a short walk to the center of town and an even shorter walk to the East End restaurants. It was very clean and well equipped. It even had a fireplace which added greatly to the ambiance. Despite being so close to the center of town, it was quiet and cozy. Communication with the host was responded to very quickly. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great stay close to all the best parts of Provincetown.

amazing location in P town

Owners are very responsive, location is steps from an Ice Cream parlor and the beach. Bed is comfortable. Enjoyed our time there very much.

Beautiful getaway

This was the perfect little spot to stay, close enough to the heart of commercial street. But tucked away enough for peace and quite when needed. Private beach access was great! I had a great stay looking forward to staying here again!

Great Location

Conviently located downtown Provincetown. Very walkable to everything. The owner was very quick to respond and provided suggestions and info for things to do in the area. We would stay again!

Cute little tucked away retreat

Nice little place to getaway while exploring this interesting area.Great location. Everything is very walkable which is great since parking proved challenging. In an area like this that just goes with the territory and the host was upfront about it. Loved the stay.

Such a great location!

Early morning walks on the bay; picking up a picnic from Angel’s for lunch; strolling Commercial Street and browsing the shops, all right out the front door. Then there’s Thursday night gallery openings and PAAM just steps away.

Great Lil Place

Your own piece of heaven in Ptown,Clean, efficient, small but it works.Neighbor above was extremely loud, hard to tolerate at times. The host is responsive and seeks to make your stay the best

Mid-April Stay

I loved getting a chance to see Provincetown in the spring before the crowds (Though I certainly plan to stop by in the summer too). I tried a different cafe every morning and brought a coffee or tea back to enjoy on the little table outside the studio while finishing a few books. It was also great having such immediate beach access.

The best of everything!

This property had everything we needed, including a full kitchen! Close to all the action, yet very quiet and private. A very beautiful garden front section, and to the back, a very quiet beach off the bay. The property was just as listed, and the host was great with responding quickly to any questions I had. Would absolutely book again.

An Oasis

Terrific studio condo on the main strip of PTown. Footsteps to the beach and stores. Condo has everything you need. The manager/owner was helpful, communicative and available for any questions you might have regarding the condo and even the location. A welcoming stay and a memorable one!
