Wonderful stay in a great location! The host was very responsive and accommodating. Home was beautifully decorated and kitchen fully stocked. Would absolutely recommend without hesitation!

Condo as described. Ample on street parking available. Garage was handy for unloading/loading and owner provided garage code upon request. Super convenient location to campus and a few walkable restaurants.

Convenient, clean and location!

Had a great stay in Nashville. I always first judge my stays based on the accuracy of listing and how clean it looks. I was very happy the place was clearly newer and well kept up. The owner had great and timely communication.

This place is very conveniently located to Vanderbilt. The host staff responded extremely quick to any message I sent them. The bed my husband and I slept in had some support issues. We contacted them the very next morning and the bed was fixed by that evening.

great location but had some issues

This spot was a great location and an overall nice townhome. They had it stocked pretty good in the kitchen. The things that became issues were that i guess the fireplace is a non working fireplace which we were not aware of and it ended up being pretty cold and rainy and we weren't able to use it. The tv kept loosing connection and for the first two days we couldn't even use the tv. Also the coffee table looked like it was going to fall over so we couldn't really use that until they cam and fixed it which took a couple tries. We also had a pretty big leak in the master closet from the window which they never really fixed it just eventually stopped raining and we were able to dry up the water. Overall it was a very nice looking place but having the issues we had made it frustrating. The managment team was very nice but it did take awhile it felt like to get communication back from them.

OVERALL: *Highly recommend! It was exactly as described in the listing & the online photos were an accurate depiction. LOCATION: Located in a very quiet neighborhood. As a solo-traveling mother w/3 young children in tow, I felt very safe entering/exiting the home/surrounding area at all hours of the day & night. Our 1st time to Nashville- great location & close drive to all the places we wanted to go! ACCESS: Easy check-in process, as we arrived at almost midnight. I appreciated being able to use the attached garage, especially on our rainy days & when unloading groceries & luggage. General ‘welcome packet’ provided with Wifi password, 24/7 mgt contact info, etc. Communication was easy & they had quick response time. PROPERTY: The home was very clean, comfortable, relaxing, well-equipped, and generously appointed— I truly appreciate things like additional trash bags, dishwasher pods, washing machine detergent, & full-size shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. The beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in while traveling. Love that they provide two king size beds & all the bedding was soft, nice quality bedding—not cheapo amazon sheets most rentals use. ENTERTAINMENT: All the TV’s in the home were easy to operate & were a great size. TV’s located in living room and in the (2) bedrooms w/king size beds. Love that they provided family board games too; the owner provided everything we could possibly need. We felt so welcomed & can’t wait to stay again!
