**NOTE** While nashville grows like crazy, the property next door has been slotted for tear down and new construction. It is boarded up and ugly, but on the plus side, it's a nice, quiet neighbor! =D

We had a great stay in Nashville! There were six of us, and the house was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect—close to downtown and everything we wanted to do, but still a nice place to come back and relax. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Location of the house was fantastic & felt totally safe in the neighborhood! Plenty of room for all of us! Parking convenient. Host is super responsive! Would stay again & will recommend to friends & family

Wonderful place to stay in Nashville!

The home is very welcoming and comfortable, and the location was close to everything we planned to do. The property owner was wonderful to work with and answered all questions. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville!

Our first visit to Nashville was great! We loved being so close to Broadway downtown and the airport. Can’t wait to come back.

EXCELLENT STAY-LOCATION-PROPERTY

This house was perfect for our Nashville Girlfriend Getaway! Close to everything, but in a quiet, quant, neighborhood. Beautiful 1920s era Craftsman Style house that had updated kitchen and bath. Plenty of room, and overall it was a perfect stay for us!

Perfect for our group

The house is adorable and just a short Uber ride to all the action on Broadway. It was perfect for our group and we would definitely stay here again. The host was so accommodating and very responsive. It was a great trip!

Walk to downtown

The house was an easy walk to downtown & the Stadium. The house was as pictured, clean & communication was good. Checking in & out was easy. I would stay here again.

Charming neighborhood

Very nice stay. clean and comfy. neighborhood was a pleasant surprise! just 2 blocks to a little cafe, another block further is a grocery store (just like a Trader Joe’s or Sprouts). for a good long walk, a nature preserve and walking path along the river is close enough too. we were delighted with our stay here.

Family Trip

We were in Nash I’ll for a few days. The location is convenient. Five Points is a great location for dining out. Quick access to the downtown area. The house was clean and as depicted in the pictures. Communication was spot in and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for the family

Had a wonderful time. The property was very clean, spacious, and our dogs had plants of space espy with a gated yard. It is a 30 minute walk to the downtown but ubers weren’t expensive and always 2-3 mins away. Our host was east to communicate with and we would definitely recommend staying.

Group trip

Wonderful visit! I was in town for my 30th with 7 other girlfriends and this listing was perfect for it! Super cute home, good location. We ubered to everything but could have definitely walked to downtown/the east Nashville shopping area. Host was very communicative and great to deal with. Thank you for having us!

Shelby Area

A nicely updated home on the east side of Nashville. Parking in the gated yard which was nice. Walk to downtown a little over a mile which we did one of the days of our stay but also on a bus route. The home is on a very busy street that can be noisy throughout the day and night.

Cute Place

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is very close to downtown and not far from S12 Street. The front yard is gated but on a pretty busy street. The back is larger but mostly dirt and was under construction when we stayed so sadly we could not do much outdoors. The house itself had everything we needed and was very clean. The stairs are pretty steep if you have little ones but there is a door to close it so that helped. Fun spot would stay here again.

Yes it's very close to downtown and thus the "hubbub" of the city can be heard. The listing does state the backyard is under construction of an additional unit and thus there isn't really much of a backyard right now. That should all be cleared up by July 2022 and we'll be full steam ahead!

Great location!

The whole trip was wonderful, hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We stayed three nights and were able to walk/Uber easily and quickly anywhere we wanted to go. The home was more than enough space for our party of 8 adults. Nice covered porch to watch traffic and drink coffee on in the morning, back yard was fun for evening conversation. Kitchen has all the essentials and a large table for our crew to have breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown in about fifteen minutes and home from Nissan Stadium after a concert. We would definitely book again.

This is a good rental property not too far from central Nashville. The hosts were pretty helpful and responsive. Getting into the home was easy and there is ample parking. However, there weren’t enough towels for our group when we checked in, but this was rectified when we asked if we could have some more. Also, sadly the ground floor bedroom roof started to leak when my sister used the shower upstairs a few days into our trip. We had to move furniture around and had to dry various bedding and pillows as a result. Luckily the leak stopped once we stopped using the upstairs bathroom. The only other hiccup worth mentioning was that when we first arrived we could not access the upstairs bedroom. However Allan was helpful and I was able to get it open as the door was locked for some reason.Ive not been to Nashville before and whilst other reviews have stated it was safe, I would mostly agree with this though the property is very close to social housing and there was lots of police presence when we were there. There are lots of cool shops and restaurants in East Nashville which were a short walk from the house which was nice and I did feel like it was safe to walk around.Overall I would recommend this property. The inside is pristine and well looked after. The kitchen and living rooms were very nice and kept to a high standard. Cooking was a breeze. Many thanks to the hosts for letting us use their lovely home.

Great Trip

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the very quick responses to any questions we had! The property was perfect for our group (4 adults, 5 kids). There was a bit of an issue with dog hair being found in many corners, under couches, etc. (which wasn't noticed as much until the sun finally began to shine!). However, that is to be expected in a pet friendly home. More of something to take note of for the cleaners. The walk to/from the stadium was busy but not difficult. Thanks for a nice stay!

Temporary

We suggested this property to our client and her family. They were going to have to be displaced from their home after an insurance claim, during repairs. The family thought this would be a perfect fit their needs and location. This host is amazing and very communicative. After booking we ran into an issue from the contractor that caused multiple changes for the family. The host was wonderful through all of the craziness and even with the changing dates made sure the home was perfect for their move in. We would 100% recommend this property for your next stay.
