Enjoy the brand new Sandpiper Loft with a spacious living area, king bed, crisp bright bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Open the sliding door to let in the warm Gulf breeze and westerly sun, while sitting at the high top table. Whether you stay is a several months or a few days, you'll have access to 2 sets of washer and dryer in the secure hallway. Aside from a very sleek loft unit with 2 TV's, high speed Wifi and YoutubeTV, you'll find yourself in the middle of WaterWay Village with restaurants, bars, breweries, yoga, coffee shop, music venues, and 6/10th of a mile to the Gulf State Park. The Sandpiper loft is pet friendly (see details); a pet fee of $25 per day is required to be paid upon booking.

Access to room was extremely easy to obtain, open space with all amenities (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven/ microwave, washer/dryer, open space for dogs!

The place was beautiful, as advertised and really enjoyed the quite atmosphere. Me and my husband had a great stay for a long overdue weekend getaway without the kids.

The place was very clean and well maintained. Location is great, just about 10 minutes from the beach. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Very impressed with the room the cleanliness. And very nice inconvenient to stores and eateries will definitely come again. And love the Irish restaurant below.

The sandpiper was clean, and gave a comfortable feel for our short trip. No issues with being over the Irish Pub with noise or people. The assigned parking was great and always had our spot.

The couch was covered in sand when we arrived so we swept it up and let the host know with pictures just so he was aware that it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There were also sand, stains, and hair on the bed as well. We changed the sheets and moved on. The host never responded to us. The next day, the cleaning crew came to clean after someone had just left a different loft but instead of going into that loft, they came into ours while we were in it which I also let the host know about. At some point before the cleaning crew left, it would seem that the host let the cleaning crew know we complained about sand and they knocked to ask if we needed the room swept. We had already cleaned what we needed to clean the previous day so we let them know we were okay at this point. We really just wanted to hear from the host to acknowledge us being at his property with complaints but we never heard from him. The property provided nothing extra than the bare minimum when it came to trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels as in no refills at all. The rest of the stay was fine and the location was great!

Unfortunately, this guest had something going on… Emailed and called day and night about nothing….some sand “in the dust pan” …at the beach? Spent more time emailing and writing the review than enjoying the property and Gulf Shores. Baffling. Lofts are brand new, clean and modern. Fully stocked kitchen and starter supplies as listed.

Sandpiper review of the Loft

My overall stay was great. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the bed was comfortable, but it needed a mattress pad. It was extremely clean.

The property was clean, comforter and shams were not clean. The loft is new and nice place to stay. Parking is tricky at times even with assigned parking spots. Communications are very responsive and the cost was worth stay.
