This pedestrian friendly design for Waterway Village features quaint streets with tree-lined sidewalks, decorative lamp posts, and inviting seating areas offering residents and visitors a year-round destination to dine, shop and play. This fun district sits directly on the Intercoastal Canal and under the Gulf Shores Bridge. It's close to the Beach and easy access to fun everywhere! Just a few of the great restaurants nearby are Tacky Jacks, Acme Oyster House, and The Sloop. Other points of interest are the public boat launch, festival plaza for many of our fun and exciting events, Big Beach Brewing Company, and coming soon is a pedestrian bridge to the north bank connecting Lu-Lu's Homeport Restaurant, The Track Amusement Park, and more!!
Step inside "Sweet Reward" and find a fresh, clean, cozy, and updated, 2 Bedroom townhome. Updates include new flooring, appliances, countertops, cabinetry, bathroom remodel, paint, and furnishings. On the main level is the Living Area, Half Bath, full size washer and dryer, and the fully stocked kitchen ready to host your family meals. Step out on the private patio just outside the kitchen and enjoy the warm sun while sipping your favorite drink (updated patio set pictures coming soon). The upper floor contains 2 spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. The Primary Bedroom holds a King Size Bed and the Guest Room provides 2 Queen Beds. On the grounds of this complex you will find a nice charcoal grilling area with great places to sit and watch the boats go by on the Intercoastal Canal. One more great perk to this home is FREE PARKING, up to 2 cars.
*Televisions are streaming only! There is no cable or satellite in this home. We do not provide logins or passwords for apps. You must use your own logins and log out when you leave.*
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS - All monthly reservations must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate. To get your quote, you must set the dates from the first to the first of each month. Or, you may give us a call for these rates and terms.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
**PET INFORMATION - Dog friendly up to 2 dogs but only with prior approval. You MUST call or message us once you have made the reservation if booking online, or through a 3rd party site such as Airbnb, VRBO, or . There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee for up to 2 dogs. This fee is not reflected in the total and is added after booking. Any damage to the property will be charged to your credit card separately. The pet fee does not cover damage.**
