GREAT location!! Property is VERY clean. There are a few MINOR changes I would make if I owned the property, but they are simply personal things. You will not be disappointed if you rent this.

The space was really lovely and clean. The only issue is the walls are quite thin and the neighbors were loud and up well into the am. Location is fantastic and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.

Business trip

Came to Athens for a conference with one of my co-workers and found the accomodations at the "Darlin' Downtown Dawghouse" to be excellent! I definitely recommend it for anyone visiting downtown Athens

Great place! Our favorite so far in Athens

It was great and will stay again. One suggestion would be to have the leaving instructions the same as the book on the counter. We followed the guest book instructions then received an email after we left with different instructions. Thanks

Nice place to stay

This is a great place to stay. The unit has a large common area and the rooms also have sufficient room to not feel crowded in. There are a few things I wished for in the bathroom that were lacking (such as a mount for the TP, a hook to put towels on ( including the hand towel) and the door to one bedroom threatened to come unscrewed from the wall. But these are very minor. If I could give 1/2 points I would have put 4.5 stars bc these were minor things. We hope to stay here again. Location is also great for downtown things. We walked everywhere.

Game Day

Great location. Non-game day pricing is fair for this place. Thought we would have a little better experience since game day pricing was $2K per night…. The sink did not drain, rental agency contact recommended I use the toilet plunger on the sink. Toilet paper rolls were all remnants and there were no paper towels or wine opener. Again, the non game day pricing is fair, I thought it would be a litter with the game day pricing we paid.
