Welcome to the Bancroft Bungalow! This peaceful, charming home is centrally located in North Park, SD and walking distance to many bars, restaurants, coffee shops and Balboa Park. The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood filled with California Craftsman homes.

With the surrounding neighborhoods of Hillcrest, University Heights, and South Park located nearby, this house is perfect for those looking to explore historic SD neighborhoods. And finally, the beach is only a 15 minute drive away.

The home features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook your favorite meals, and a grocery store is located a short walk/drive away. The property also features an outdoor patio area for relaxing and enjoying San Diego's beautiful weather.

We were very impressed with our stay. We came to san diego to meet freinds, and go to a reunion. Our place became home base. It turned out great. Except I ended up cooking for everyone LOLThe rental had everything we needed and more. Very responsive host.

This rental was in a nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It was clean, comfortable and everything worked as expected. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay for a few days in San Diego.

Such a great little property! Super clean and very well maintained. We were there when it was pretty hot and the AC units worked beautifully, we were very comfortable. Comfy beds, soft towels, the kitchen seemed well equipped although we didn’t really use it. The neighborhood was very quiet and cute and there was easy access to get wherever we wanted to go. We didn’t have any issues with street parking, even later at night. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Fabulous place to stay for the price!

This property was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked and, if you want to cook a whole meal, everything is available to you! Even though we had to utilize street parking, during our weeklong stay, we did not have difficulty finding a spot. The chilled bottle of wine in the fridge from the host was a wonderful surprise. Also, it’s super conveniently located.

Cozy and quiet location in North Park - tucked away from the street

Great place to stay- the host accommodated a last-minute request to stay another day as our original flight home was canceled. I highly recommend the VRBO and am grateful to the host!

We had a wonderful time there, the location is great and the space was great. The host was very responsive. We appreciated being able to change our reservation to a later date when health problems came up. We would stay there again.

My apologies parking was difficult at night for you, Patty. Late at night it can be hard to find parking directly in front of the house, however, there is usually a spot no more than one block walk away (less than 5 minutes away).
