Adorable Spanish style detached back home or casita in fantastic area of Historic North Park . Very quiet. Open & bright with Saltillo tile floor, open concept, updated kitchen, and eating area.. Comfy queen bed in bedroom and a full size hide-a-bed in living room, plus Pack 'n Play if needed. 50" TV/DVD with cable and high speed Internet. Private patio in front w/umbrella covered table & chairs. Private back patio w/loungers, bistro set, gas bbq grill & festive lighting. Laundry facilities available. One off street parking spot in driveway for your convenience. No stairs from parking to casita, the home is all on one level also. Organic products are supplied for your use, including the laundry soap that we use for your sheets and towels.

Walk to everything!! Cafes, restaurants, Morley Park where there is a newly renovated Historic 1933 outdoor public pool. Only 5 blocks from the casita. Bus stop nearby too. Walk score 89, close to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Morley Field, shopping, restaurants, I-5, 15 minutes to beach, close to Downtown San Diego, Coronado Island and 14 minutes to airport.

Many nearby restaurants - the popular Communal Coffee Café and the Olympic Cafe (Greek food) is just a block away. Walk nearby to 30th & University for many restaurants, cafes, bars, shopping and breweries. Thursday is North Park's Farmers Market & Whole Foods is nearby. The Smoking Goat Bistro (French American), Urban Solace, Tamarindo (Latin), Soi, Craft & Sea, The Mission, Underbelly (Japanese noodle) are just a few restaurants to sample. This is a fantastic neighborhood with much to explore & experience! The location is amazing, and the casita is charming and very clean!

The casita was absolutely charming! It was close to everything in North Park and great running around Balboa Park. The host also provides great amenities—the beach chairs and towels were great for our afternoon at Torrey Pines State Beach. The kitchen was also well stocked, and the two patios were lovely for morning coffee.

Good location close to restaurants, shopping and activities. Well equipped kitchen. Parking in driveway was tight with a larger car. Host had posted directions around house for remotes, AC, etc. making it easy to know what to do. Enjoyed our stay!

This place has a great location! We walked to multiple restaurants right from the house. Street parking would be a huge challenge in this neighborhood so the parking spot in the driveway is a huge plus. Bed and furniture not the most comfortable but was practical in the space. Walking distance to Balboa Park was a huge plus as well!

This is a lovely casita in a quiet neighborhood. Only a block away from Smart and Final supermarket. We would gladly stay here again.

It was exactly what we were hoping for! It was perfect for our 3 person family. We really liked the multiple outdoor seating areas and the location is great! Easy check-in process and parking spot.

Loved my stay here, my main focus was visiting the Zoo and Balboa Park. Wonderful to be within a few minutes drive! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything I needed, no problems with figuring out how anything worked and a comfy bed. All in all a wonderful and relaxing experience! I look forward to staying here again.

We were very happy with the location - very neat and quiet. Very close to Balboa Park. The Casita was very clean, parking was an added bonus, and the facility was very well stocked. Contact with the host was terrific.

This delightful casita was perfect for myself and my husband visiting family in North Park. It is set back from the street so very private and quiet. There were great restaurants nearby. We walked to Olympic Cafe and Communal Coffee which were both excellent. Convenient supermarket a short walk away also.It is a short drive to numerous other restaurants and shops in Hillcrest. Balboa Park, the Zoo and beaches are all a few minutes drive away and there is a public pool at the end of the street. When we felt like staying home the a/c was much appreciated and the kitchen is very well equipped for all cooking. Small patios front and back are lovely for enjoying the outdoors. Nancy, the owner, was great. She responded to messages immediately and dealt with a couple minor maintenance issues promptly. A great experience! We would definitely stay here again

Enjoyed our stay. Host was very communicative and accommodating. This was plenty of room for me and my husband during a 4 night stay. The area is nice and close to everything. Absolutely loved that we could park in the driveway. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee a short walk away at Communal Coffee. Quiet cozy stay with a comfortable bed and hot water for a relaxing shower. Kitchen had everything we needed including spices for cooking.

Very close to the San Diego zoo, easy walk to the park. Driving to both South mission and silver strand was quick, and was a reasonable drive to the safari park.

The Casita was quiet, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for my week long visit to North Park. Seeing both warm and cool times during my stay, the heating/cooling unit worked perfectly in both directions.

My name is Nancy Felton and I have been a Realtor in Seattle for 37 years. I have owned and operated 3 other vacation rentals for almost 10 years. San Diego is such a fun place that I purchased this property to make into a vacation rental so I can come and visit San Diego also.

I closed down the vacation rental is May of 2020 when everyone cancelled because of Covid and rented the property full time. Now I am ready to open again and continue with the vacation property. I am excited to be able to provide you with a great and enjoyable stay.

I fell in love with this neighborhood that is so close to everything, from 3 blocks to olympic size swimming pool to the local cafe only 1 block away. Minute drive to beaches, the zoo and Balboa Park. I also enjoy sharing my home with people from all over the United States and the world so they can enjoy this little piece of heaven.
