Sweet cottage home close to beaches, airport and other attractions

Welcome home! This great property has a tropical feel in the front yard with several palms and a sun drenched private back yard perfect for relaxing. The open floor plan will welcome you with plenty of windows and sliding doors to take advantage of the cool breeze. Centrally located to all the best San Diego has to offer: 8 minutes to Sea World or Ocean Beach and only 5 minutes to Liberty Station. Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo and Cabrillo Monument are all within 15 minutes. There is plenty of street parking right in front as this home is not on a busy street. This property is conveniently located near the airport. As with all homes in the Point Loma area you will hear planes when the airport is open between 6:30am and 11:30pm. There is a detached studio unit on this property with a long-term renter. It has its own access and is completely separated from the main house with a privacy fence.

Loved our stay! Amazing location! House does get warm without AC, but cools off with the doors and windows open! Beds were especially comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay again!

This is the third time my sister and I have stayed at this cottage for our annual summer getaway. We have fallen in love with the beautifully manicured backyard, cozy beds, and convenient location. The kitchen is well equipped and the layout perfect for hanging out. There was always plenty of parking in front of the house. Communication with the owner is always fast and friendly. This is our little home away from home once a year and I recommend it to any others who want a cozy place to stay in San Diego.

No problems with ever finding a spot to park close to the house. Loved the outdoor areas. Safe neighborhood. Great location. Host responded quickly when a question was asked. Beds were very comfortable.

This was an absolutely beautiful Point Loma location, everything was serene and peaceful throughout our entire trip. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with cooking and prep items, everything was very nice and clean. Landscaping under the front of the house was absolutely gorgeous and the backyard is a breathtaking little oasis. The neighborhood is much like the house, calm and beautiful. The host communicated well and let us know where to expect everything. The location was incredibly central to everything that we wanted to do. We've definitely added this one to our favorites list and will stay again when in San Diego.

Adorable cottage with beautiful greenery, and a well equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. The place is close to all the attractions San Diego has to offer. The owner was super friendly and quick with communications. This was our second time staying at the cottage and we plan on making it an annual stay!

A Great Place

Great place!

My mother and I stayed for 5 nights. Location was convenient and safe, furniture was comfortable, overall space was very clean and kitchen was well stocked . Nice outdoor space . Would recommend staying here without hesitation.

Mother and daughter get away

This was a perfect place for and my mom to stay. It was our first time in California and it’s located close to a lot of major attraction. Beautiful clean home and the host was easy to communicate with.

Great location!

This was one of the easiest VRBO‘s that I have ever gone to because the owner was communicative with the very few questions I had (one of which was how to turn up the volume on the TV) and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet despite being close to San Diego airport. I look forward to staying here again very soon.
