This suite can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and boasts brand-new cabinets, as well as modern decor throughout. Conveniently located near attractions like the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, and Tanger Outlets, the resort also features an on-site restaurant and direct beach access. This remodeled unit is equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need, including a four-burner cooktop, full-sized refrigerator, and contemporary faucets. The kitchen area is adorned with granite countertops, making it a welcoming space for cooking. Your home away from home offers ocean views from the living room and a private balcony. The one-bedroom oceanfront condo on the 8th floor underwent renovations in 2020, including a newly furnished kitchen and vinyl plank tile flooring. The condo sleeps up to 4 guests and features one bedroom with a king-sized bed, one private bathroom, and an open living area with a Murphy bed that adjoins the kitchen.
The remodeled kitchen comes complete with new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. It's fully stocked with all the essentials you might need during your stay, including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, a cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, and a veggie peeler. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the living area, which includes a dining table with 2 chairs and an accent chair, all with ocean views.
Step out from the living area onto the balcony, where you can enjoy your morning tea or coffee while taking in the refreshing sea breeze and the sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed with bedding and pillows provided. The bathroom boasts a spacious sink area and a large garden tub.
To ensure a hassle-free start to your vacation, we supply essentials such as toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels.
This condo rental includes 1 vehicle parking pass. There are other locations to park additional vehicles (for a fee or no charge depending on where you park).
