We had a wonderful stay! This rental truly felt like a home away from home for our family. The house was clean!!!! The bedding was comfortable, the pillows were soft, and the home had everything we needed—even the things we didn’t think to pack or didn’t feel like bringing along. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making the space comfortable and welcoming for guests.The host was very friendly and accommodating, which made our experience even better. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt right at home throughout our stay.The only small suggestion I would make is to add some lighting in the driveway, especially for arriving or leaving after dark.Overall, we had an excellent experience and are so grateful for such a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We would absolutely recommend this rental to other families, and we will definitely be returning! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Beautiful, clean home. My grandson and his kids enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. There was plenty of wood to build a fire every day. Beautiful view of lake from deck! Since the lake is very deep there, the 2 year old and 4 year old were hesitant to swim off the dock but the rest of us enjoyed it.

We had a delightful getaway at the lakeside cottage!! Beautiful, comfortable & well-appointed place, with everything we needed! Our hostess was helpful and available, even helped me solve a crises when my glasses fell into the lake Most grateful - plan to visit again!

What a beautiful home and location! Our host Sandy was very helpful and answered any questions we had. The home was well stocked, very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Our favorite spot was outback around the fire pit enjoying the lake views. Sandy even provided us with a wonderful welcome basket with everything to make smores. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking and boating all around the Deep Creek Lake area. It was our first trip to DCL and I'm sure it won't be our last.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lakeside cottage! The location was perfect—beautiful, peaceful, and exactly what you hope for when planning a lake getaway. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations. Every detail of the space was so thoughtfully planned out, making it feel spacious, comfortable, and incredibly functional.It had all the amenities we could have needed, and you could tell a lot of care went into making sure guests felt at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with such a cozy atmosphere that it truly felt like a home away from home.Between the amazing location, thoughtful layout, great amenities, and cozy feel, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this property. The home, location, and hosts continue to be amazing. Close to so many activities and restaurants, and the fishing seems to be one of the best on the lake.

Hosts were communicative prior to arrival and the recommendations for the area were very helpful. The hosts thought of everything, so we didn’t have to! We had a lovely, relaxing stay and only wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely property right on the lake. It had everything we needed, and the host was very responsive. The kids room is especially nice with 3 beds. Only about 10-15 mins drive from most DCL restaurants and activities. We were worried about the neighbors being big party houses, but that wasn't the case at all. It's a quiet neighborhood that felt private; however, there can be a lot of boat traffic during the day in the summer.

This is a beautiful lakefront house for a small family. We have traveled to DCL multiple times as a family of 4 with two young kids and we bring our own boat this was the best trip thus far. The back yard is perfect if you want to fish, play catch and at night sit around the fire pit. Other than to sleep and when it rained we spent all our time in the backyard or on the lake. Inside the house was very clean and everything you need. Sandy was a great host with quick communication.

Really nice place on the lake. The place is small but uses space well. It had a modern update and was well stocked. Host was nice and responsive. Beds and bedding was soft and comfortable. We came up for skiing for NYE but will be will be back in the summer.

Favorite Deep Creek Lake House

We had a great week here. The location is perfect and the house has everything we need. This is our second stay and we will likely be back. Very relaxing!

Beautiful property! So many small details to make the stay nicer and easier. Comfortable beds with beautiful bedding. Paddle board and kayaks with life jackets for lots of fun! The host was so accommodating and pleasant. Hope to make it a yearly trip!
