Good Time Pine is a charming log home nestled in a serene setting, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat offers the ideal blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. The second-floor main level features a cozy living room with a stunning stone fireplace, seamlessly connected to the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this level is a comfortable bedroom, providing easy access for all guests. Upstairs, you'll find a private bathroom and bedroom, offering a peaceful escape with its own unique charm. The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, boasting two additional bedrooms and an entertainment room with a pool table. Whether you're gathering for a movie night or a friendly game, this space is perfect for making memories. Step outside to enjoy the beautiful surroundings with an array of outdoor amenities. Fire up the grill and dine al fresco, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing. Good Time Pine is the perfect destination for families, friends, or anyone looking to experience a tranquil and memorable mountain retreat. This home is not pet-friendly (undisclosed pet fee will be charged at 3x advertised pet fee). Max. parking spaces: 6

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed.

WHAT TO BRING: Supplies are not provided; plan to bring all paper products, food/spices, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy.)

WINTER RESERVATIONS: A 4WD vehicle is required to access rentals between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.

RESERVATION PROCESS: (1) At time of booking- Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement to trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information to be automatically sent. Door Codes will NOT be released without an e-signed agreement. (2) One day prior to arrival- You will receive Pre-Arrival Information that contains your door lock code, address and other important info. [If you do not receive it by noon that day, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it please call us directly to ensure a smooth check-in].

We loved the house, the hot tub, and the fire pit. The house was very spacious and clean. We also enjoyed playing pool in the evening. The place is very private, and there are many trees on the back, so we could enjoy our evenings by the fire pit without looking into neighbours’ yards. The grill was very easy to use.

Our second year in a row staying at Good Time Pine. It is a cool property with plenty of space with good appliances, aircon, wifi, etc. Would stay there again.

A perfect Christmas

My family and I rented this property over the Chistmas holiday and i couldn't have found a better place. It was the perfect size for our group of 11. It was beautifully decorated for the holiday with a garland wrapped stair rail and 2 fully decorated Christmas trees. The kitchen was well equipped with cook ware and even had a crockpot stored in the pantry. The hot tub was super clean, and the pool table was a big hit. Although there were pong balls, we never found the paddles and there was also a game system but no controllers. The local neighbors were friendly, and anywhere we needed to go was within a 15 min. drive (walmart, dollar general, gift shops and the cutest little convince store called Arrowhead Market). The property manager was very kind, he actually called the day of our expected arrival to introduce himself and let me know the property was available before checkin time, and to contact him directly if we needed anything. One of the best stays I've ever had!

Overall it was beautiful and we had a great time.

We had problems with the fireplace working. When I called, I was told to go out and buy a lighter to light it, which really upset me. It was cold and I had no idea where to go after a long ride. Finally, someone called and came over and got it to work. We also asked him if there was anything they could do because the water smelled so bad when we turned it on. He did do something and said it would help. The next day we couldn’t get the fireplace on again. This time they sent someone else. He did fix it. The water was the same and he set the system to run a wash through the system every day. That really helped. You couldn’t drink it which we accepted, but the smell wasn’t as strong.

Great location

Place was clean and well stocked with cooking and serving pieces. Home is well maintained. Access to dock was nice for swimming and fishing. Not far from state park or Wisp resort. Only complaint is hot tub was kind of gross even though it indicated water had been balanced the week before. Would recommend

Great house - perfect for our group of six

The house was clean and spacious. Since we had only three couples, each couple had their own room and bathroom. The hot tub was never hot, but VASCA sent a tech out two days in a row to try to fix it; so even though we never were able to use it, VASCA did try to remedy the situation.

Great family getaway in really nice setting

Lots to like about this property, including the layout, the nice condition/cleanliness, and the peaceful and relaxing setting. Good access to all of the things to see and places to go....but also a nice place to just sit and recharge. Pool table was a bonus - we used it every day! Has an "in the woods" feel, but not isolated and had a neighborhood vibe with frequent walkers - all friendly! We would definitely book this property again!

Wonderful home!

We very much enjoyed our long weekend with 6 adults and 6 kids. We all fit comfortably and loved that the kids had their own space in the basement to play while the adults could relax upstairs. We loved the woodsy feel of the home and the property was in a great spot. We made good use of the fire pit! We had a little bit of a problem with the refrigerator temperature and water pressure, but it was nothing that ruined our stay! We’ll definitely return again!

Lovely getaway

This was my second stay at Good Time Pine, and I loved it just as much the second time around! Great location, generally very clean, good WiFi connectivity and cable access, so much space, and lovely energy. The owners could make a few improvements, including fixing the fireplace, removing leaves from the lawn so that the firepit is easily accessible and the lawn is usable, and replacing the ping pong paddles (we couldn’t find any). The couch in the basement is also visibly filthy and should either be replaced, reupholstered, or professionally cleaned. Otherwise, however, this house is amazing and I can’t wait to visit again!

overall the house and setting was amazing. Plenty of space with a great layout. There were a few small issues. The fireplace did not work, which isn't a big deal but I booked this house for our 10 year anniversary and it would have been romantic to have a fire. The lockbox to the the hottub would not open. The huge windows in the front of the house had no shades. Every person that walked by could see right in.

Great house terrible dock access

The house itself is amazing and had the perfect layout for our group which consisted of 3 families. The lake access was not so great, there is no available parking and the steps to get down to the lake had been removed. If you have a golf cart you wouldn't have any issue getting down to the lake. Overall we loved the house and definitely recommend it.

Great family vacation

Family really enjoyed our time at Deep Creek. The property was great for swimming, boating, and fishing. (Be advised that the dock is a 1/2 mile walk which was challenging for the toddlers). Place was nicely decorated and the outside was great for evening gatherings around fire pit and for playing games. Only complaint is that although it comfortably slept twelve there was not enough seating or silverware for us to all eat at the same time. If you plan on baking, bring pans and measuring items. Hot tub was a great evening event for the teenagers.
