We take guest feedback seriously and are committed to maintaining a clean, accurately represented property. However, several claims in this review require clarification. The individuals staying at the property were not the guests listed on the reservation, and communication occurred through a third party rather than directly with the occupants. We encourage guests to make reservations under their own accounts to ensure clear communication and accountability. Our standard cleaning process includes a complete video walkthrough of the condo and photographs of linens after every turnover for quality assurance. We have no documentation or evidence supporting the allegation of bloodstains. We do apologize that a previous guest inadvertently left socks and underwear in a drawer. When notified of cleaning concerns, we immediately offered to send a different cleaner. Hours later, we received a response indicating the guests were fine and additional cleaning was unnecessary. Direct, timely communication would have allowed us to address concerns more effectively during the stay. For clarity, our listing does not advertise the property as beach-front or Gulf-front. The owner's private closet is also restricted and not available for guest access. AC unit had how-to labels next to thermostat. We stand behind our documented cleaning procedures & accurate property description. While we acknowledge the overlooked personal items, we believe reviews should fairly reflect the facts.
