Beautiful and open 2 bedroom condo sleeps up to 5 people (plus a pack/play) in gated resort community just minutes to Walt Disney World, Universal, Seaworld and more.

Modernized space with art, electronics and appliances. You’ll find ceiling fans in each of the main rooms, comfortable beds and linens, huge closets with organizers to store your items and a safe in the master bedroom for extra piece of mind. Each bathroom has a full-sized bathtub, shower, hairdryer and towels. Full size Washer and dryer are inside the apartment. You are welcome to use the cooler and pool floaties as well!

Around the corner from the club house, heated outdoor pool, children's pool, jacuzzi and beautiful lakefront solarium. The gym is open for use and includes cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights. Barbecue and picnic tables.

Don’t feel like driving? Shuttle service is available for a minimal fee to Disney, Sea world or universal and can be contracted in the lobby. There is a free shuttle to Lake Buena Vista outlet stores.

Host was not knowledgable of rental and pictures did not represent the furnitures poor and torn and stained condition in both living room and patio.

We strive to provide a comfortable, well-maintained home for all of our guests and take concerns seriously. From the moment of check-in, it felt as though this guest was actively searching for issues rather than simply enjoying the home. The volume of messages was excessive and far beyond what any reasonable host would expect - often multiple complaints per day about minor, inconsequential items. Despite this, we went above and beyond at every turn. For example, when she mentioned that the toaster handle felt warm, we immediately purchased and delivered an entirely brand-new toaster. An ottoman that had been damaged by a prior guest was replaced immediately with a new one just for her stay. When she struggled with the TVs, we provided written step-by-step instructions and met with her in person to walk her through it - and still continued to receive complaints. At every step, we responded quickly, professionally, and far beyond what most hosts would reasonably be expected to do. Unfortunately, no amount of responsiveness or accommodation seemed sufficient. Her expectations were unrealistic for a short-term rental and would likely be better suited to a full-service hotel with 24-hour on-site staff.

Great Condo for Family Vacay

We loved our stay with Rachel! Her and her co-host were so kind and made us feel welcome. The condo was clean and spacious with everything we needed to cook and live for the weekend. The washer and dryer were our favorite part since we could wash our clothes as we went and didn’t have to go home to stacks of laundry. The location was also premium, as we were right in between Disney and Universal - never driving more than 30 minutes while in Orlando.

Don't miss out on this one

The property was clean, spacious and close to everything. Anything Disney wasn't more than 15-20 minutes (traffic), there were many stores & restaurants within 3-5 minutes away. The host & co-host were great to work with. Thank you for sharing your home with my family and myself!!! Will book again when we come back!!!

Same as the pics!

This property was perfect for our stay! The pictures are completely accurate to the perfectly-decorated condo. Myself and the two teen girls with me really enjoyed the unit! I was surprised at the size of the second bathroom - I’m not used to the non-primary bath having so much room. That was great for the girls too! Would for sure recommend this unit and the property as a whole!

Basic and inexpensive

Apt was not the cleanest at check in. Cheapest towels possible and no wash cloths or hand towels. Gate code to complex stopped working for a day , a day into our stay. We were locked out of complex twice, and when reported to PM , she said I must be doing it wrong. We woke up early morning after the second night , to find the second bedroom flooded. Notified PM who made plans to come over with a plumber. When we informed her that it was an issue with unit next door, she never came by. The bedroom was unusable with carpet saturated from unknown water source. Had to ask for refund for last night , and had to ask multiple tlmes and follow up multiple times. PM could not have cared any less about the entire stay, never mind the flooded room.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Unfortunately the unit next door flooded and it was not discovered right away. We have since updated the condo completely and did a partial refund for your troubles. We do hope you’ll give us another stay in the future.

This is the second time staying at this property and I am just as happy with our stay the second time as I was the first. It is a very spacious unit with everything you could need. I love the coffee bar addition! Thanks again for another great stay!

This is a unique place! The outside is pure Florida with bright colors, foliage, pools and access to Disney. Inside it’s a warm home with beautiful updates, modern art and colors that will just make you fee happy. So much better than a hotel when you get an entire home to make your own.
