The Space

Designed for indoor-outdoor living, this home features expansive windows and open living areas that bring the ocean right inside. Relax in comfort with central air conditioning, gather in the spacious living room, or step outside to take in the views from multiple private lanais.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, professional-grade appliances, and a large island—perfect for preparing meals and entertaining.

Two primary suites offer private, comfortable spaces with ensuite bathrooms, while the additional bedrooms are thoughtfully appointed for guests.

Outdoor Living

Beautiful home right on the ocean. Fifteen minute walk to the beach, great location to explore the island. Our family of seven loved it and had a great time. Management company answered any questions we had and did a great job of helping us with tours and suggestions. We will be back.

This is a beautiful, spacious home with a large kitchen, large bedrooms, all with balconies, and nice bedrooms. There is a large dining room table inside, and a nice table and chairs on the first floor out on the balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. That was a favorite for us as we watched the waves crash on the rocks, and the outrigger canoe teams practice in the mornings. The sunsets were spectacular!!Attention and care was clearly made to make this a comfortable “home away from home,” with two different groupings of seats, sofas, and tables, as well as games to play. The pool is small, but lovely, as is the hot tub. Management was very quick to respond to a couple of issues we had (just basic home repairs like replacing toilet tank parts to stop water running). They were always very polite and helpful, as was the maintenance man. We couldn’t be happier with our choice to stay here. Gorgeous home, stunning views, and close proximity to stores and restaurants. We cannot recommend this place enough - truly an outstanding place for your Hawaii vacation!

Superb place

Absolutely the perfect location for our group. Very close to magic sands beach, and KTA grocery store. About a 2 hour drive to the volcano. House was very well stocked with supplies. Mahalo to Kona Sunset Vacation rentals

Wayne was super responsive to all inquiries. The view from the property is spectacular. The kitchen and the garage were fully stocked. Overall, the experience at property surpassed our expectations.

Fabulous Big Island Stay!!!

The View, the view the view. Every single room of the house had access to 180 degree fantastic ocean views via balconies. The house was spotless and had pretty much everything needed to enjoy a great vacation: Parking for multiple cars, short walk to a beautiful beach and a short drive to downtown Kona and restaurants. We were a large group and had ample space to move around, get ready in the mornings and sit down to relax in the evenings. We recommend this house to anybody.

Great stay in Kona

Our group of 8 (0ur adult kids and significant others joined us) were able to walk to great snorkeling, warm up in the hot tub, enjoy meals together at the large dinner table and sit outside on balconies over the crashing waves reading books and sipping tropical drinks. A perfect vacation!
