Home was beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked with beach gear, first aid supplies, kitchen gear, etc. The pool was great and the hot tub heated up so fast. We had a great stay and highly recommend this home.

Great family vacation home

This is the perfect place for families. Plenty of space, great views and a great pool. Plus it is just a short drive to downtown Kona, farmers markets, and beaches.

This was an annual girls' trip. Nine of us. We had a wonderful stay overall—the house itself was great, clean, spacious, well stocked and nicely maintained! Stunning ocean view and well-kept landscaping. We did have a problem with the broken air conditioner in one of the downstairs bedrooms upon arrival on Saturday. Unfortunately, reaching the property manager over the weekend was to no avail. Once we got in touch with the corporate office on Monday morning, the local manager reached out right away. He dispatched an AC technician that same day and discovered a part needed replacement which would take a couple of days to deliver. Timothy proactively offered a percentage refund to compensate for the inconvenience.We really appreciated the prompt resolution and refund. We would recommend this home!For the suggestion box: install AC in main living room/dining/kitchen level. Even with all the windows opened and ceiling fans turned on, it was still too hot/humid.

Beautiful home! Gorgeous furnishings, super clean, awesome view of the ocean & sunset. Picked avocados, papaya, coconut & oranges right in the back yard!! The pool & hot tub perfect!! Nice quiet neighborhood. Really happy with this lovely home!

Great house

We loved staying at this house! It was as it looks in the pictures, with a beautifully kept yard, expansive view of the ocean and adjacent to undeveloped forested area along one side. There was plenty of room to spread out inside, and the upstairs deck and downstairs patio were lovely.

An Amazing Vacation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. The pictures are great, but the house is so much better in person! Thank you, Paul, for working with us on dates during the pandemic ! The next time we visit Hawaii we will definitely stay here!

Beautiful house with pool and view.

We all had a wonderful vacation thanks to the house. So close to town with a beautiful view and the pool which we used everyday. Everything that was needed was at our disposal. Would recommend highly.

Awesome house with a great view.

We had 2 families with a total of 4 adults and 5 kids, and we didn't lack for space. This house is beautiful, the view is great and the management is awesome and thoughtful. We will definitely look at this again for our next big vacation.

Great house for family with kids

We had a great time playing in the pool with the kids and drinking cocktails in the Lanai. We were 6 adults, 2 kids and an infant and we were all very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood overlooking the ocean, wonderful sunsets every night. Close to everything from beaches, to stores and restaurants.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect - close to town and beaches, gorgeous view, great neighborhood and very private! The house was perfect for our group of 9 - felt very spacious and was well equipped with all the necessities. Paul was very kind and helpful through the booking process and our stay. The lady who came to service the pool (once a week maintenance) was really nice and full of great tips on places to visit and beaches to check out. The pool and spa were awesome as well! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The property was perfect. We had 10 adults vacationing for a week. There were plenty of bedrooms and living space. We cooled each night in the well stocked kitchen. We will be back!

Beautiful, large home with stunning views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with lots of room for our family and friends. Plenty of space, nice ocean breezes and refreshing pool. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of pool and beach toys for the kids. Just a short drive to downtown Kona and White Sands beach. Quiet neighborhood and private location. We will be back!

Great spot for three-generations

Centrally located, but not in the throngs of people downtown, our group of 10 - ranging in age from 2 to 71 - enjoyed everything about this property. Enough space to be together and plenty of tucked away nooks to enjoy a bit of peace from all the together time. We enjoyed the pool every day, appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and started our mornings on the lanai with coffee watching for the wild pigs to wander down the creek bed next to the house.

Amazing home in quiet neighborhood!

My wife and I rented this property to bring the kids and grandkids. House is conveniently located to the Kona village and has all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you to the owner for sharing such a unique property! We’ll be back!

Perfect Place

This was the perfect place for our family. It had enough rooms for everyone (including a napping baby), a gorgeous view, and a great pool. We can't wait to come back! The only drawback is it can get hot during the day (no ac, use the pool) and at night the gnats can get annoying even with the screen doors closed. Other than that it's a great home and location.
