This beach house is in a perfect location! close to two public boat ramps on lagoon which is one block away! for quick and easy access to the Gulf from the lagoon. This beautiful , Cozy and very clean 2 extra large Bedrooms 2 Full bath home features a pool for a quick dip after fun on the gulf or day out on the boat . The living area has two brand new sofas one with comfy Queen bed for up to two quests. The house is extra roomy for 6 to 8 people and has loads of parking too, can park boat! Close proximity to local pubs , restaurant's and shopping! 2 large bedrooms with two full baths one with tub . A large living / dining combined area and kitchen area leading out to back yard oasis. The kitchen has all the items needed to prepare a meal for your family or a snack for the beach or pool! lighted up garden with Grill and seats by pool or a private side yard to sit and enjoy in the evening time. The place was exactly what we were looking for for our first family beach trip. During the day we hung out at the beach and it was incredible to be able to come back to a private pool and keep enjoying. Perfect walking distance to the beach. Host communicated kindly and clearly. Would love to stay here again! The beach really is my happy place and this home made it happier.

Really lovely home and great place to stay! Very close to everything we wanted to see and me and my friends loved the pool and grill! Will be staying again next time we are in PCB.

My family and I stayed here this weekend, everything was great! The place was so nice and clean! My grandkids enjoyed the pool and hated to leave. As soon as they woke up they were in the pool, and stayed in there late every night. We went to the beach on Saturday and they were ready to go back to the house to get in the pool! The house was stocked with everything we needed and lots of extra too! We would definitely recommend this to anyone and hopefully we will be back soon!

House was perfect! It was clean, had everything we needed & the pool was wonderful as well. The guests before us messed with the pool timer and the host had some out to fix it promptly! My kiddos even got to see a sweet turtle in the yard one morning. Kati was great and communicated with us clearly throughout everything. We wouls definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach vaca spot

We absolutely loved this house, everything was perfect. Very clean and had everything you needed for home away from home. Great location and check in was smooth. Home owner checked in and made sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely stay here again on future trips!

Stunning!

We have stayed in MANY places in florida and/or Panama but this place was the best. The place is stocked with everything youd need. Very clean. Peaceful spot and perfect for familys. Loved it !

Great Location!

We loved this gem! Perfect location. Just blocks away from the beach. We walked with our young boys. Also, close to the lagoon, where they could fish. The pool was just the right size too! House was clean and communication was great. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in Panama City Beach on the lower east side of PCB. The property was exactly as described in the listing and exceeded our expectations in many ways. The house was extremely clean upon arrival, very well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Slept our family of 4 comfortably and the beds were nice and comfy. One of our favorite features was the pool area — it was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and made the property feel even more like a private resort getaway. The location was also excellent, offering easy access to the beach while still being in a quieter part of Panama City Beach.The host was outstanding throughout the entire process. Communication was prompt, friendly, and very helpful from booking through checkout. It made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation rental. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful, and accurately represented beach house with a great host in Panama City Beach, we highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

Best home rental experience!

My family and I loved this vacation home. The location was so perfect being a short distance to the beach (few blocks) and to the gorgeous Andrew Park which was about 5 mins to get to. The home was very clean when we arrived making us feel comfortable with our stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool outside while we grilled some burgers and hotdogs on the grill provided. Check in process was super simple and the host made sure we understood and got in the house. Everything we needed the house was equipped with from kitchen utensils to extra towels and blankets. Will definitely book again , thanks so much.

Super easy to deal with great location my family had a blast. The host is by far one of the easiest people to deal with and super helpful and friendly. Should you need something, she is very attentive and quick to respond to your needs. We definitely will be returning to this location in the future.
