Great property for us for a quick visit to the beach. Incredible location and the cottage was full of anll the amenities anyone could need. Julie was a terrific host and we look forward to staying there again. Five stars for the entire experience, thanks again Julie.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. We loved the location and being able to step off on the beach from the cottage. A cute little stay with all the necessary essentials. The bed was uneven and seemed that it sunk towards the middle making sleep a little less enjoyable. There were ants in the house but unsure our host could have done anything about it as they are common this time of year. Again, we enjoyed our stay and most likely would rent again!

Thank you for being our guest! I did want to point out that the mattress is brand new and was purchased the first week of August of 2026. We have the cottage sprayed every month by pest control. The ants are always an issue at the end of summer in August and September.

Check in was seamless and Julie was super responsive with all of my questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back. We’ve visited PCB nearly every year and this has definitely been one of the best stays. Direct access to the beach. Everything you need!

Family beach trip

Are family got together for a week at the beach. We rented this house and another one down the beach. It was a great location and a great stay.

Anniversary Trip

We loved the cottage. It was perfect for the 2 of us. We enjoyed the ease of parking 10 steps to the door. Beach access was so close and we loved the deck which was so private. Hope to stay here again soon.

Convenient and quaint

Sweet little place to stay with easy access to the beach. It was just the right size for just me and my husband and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely come back.
