This loft is located on the 2nd floor of a historic commercial building in downtown Kingsport. Active businesses operate on the 1st floor—including a gym directly below.

Guests should expect noise during gym class hours, which begin as early as 5:15 AM. Earplugs and a sound machine are provided, but if you're sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for your stay.
