LOCATION: Your perfect Chatham vacation starts here in this newly renovated and furnished luxury home, featuring a heated salt-water pool with spa (open from about May 15th to about October 1st). Close to Shore Rd and downtown Chatham, this beautiful 4-bedroom (with TWO King Primary En Suites) has central AC and is an easy walk to restaurants and shops in town, Oyster Pond, Cow Yard Beach, Claflin Landing Beach, Chatham Bars Inn, the Chatham Fishing Pier, Chatham Anglers baseball games, and the playground.
HOUSE & PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: You will love preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and grilling on the patio with a table and chairs (seating for 8), 4 Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. You and your kids will have a ball swimming in the new heated salt-water pool with spa (open from about May15th to about October 1st--all weather depending), playing on the huge, sprawling flat lawn, shooting hoops in the half-basketball court, and rinsing off in the outdoor shower after a day at the pool or beach. Gather with your family in the living room with a large flat-screen 55" TV, lounge in the sun room, or play pool and watch the 65" TV in the lower level family room.

1st floor: #1 Bedroom - king primary en suite w/large marble full bath and 55” TV. #2 Bedroom - queen bed and large TV. #3 Bedroom - two bunk beds (4 twins total).
2nd floor: #4 Bedroom - a huge second king primary en suite (750+ sq ft) w/beautiful new Italian porcelain tile shower, living area with a Queen Pullout Sofa Bed, and large 65” TV.

Wonderful experience all around. The home was spacious, very clean, great location and offered numerous opportunities for family relaxing and gathering. Pool is just beautiful, outdoor area with fire pit and grill so nice. The host was very easy to work with and offered detailed comments about the home prior to arrival that helped make our stay especially so comfortable.

My family and I had a great week at this lovely home. And the host, Claudine, is very nice and responsive. They thought of everything - from the sound machines and tv's in all the bedrooms to the super comfy mattresses (which I really appreciated). The best part was the heated pool and hot tub. Often properties will list a "heated" pool but the water is still quite chilly - that wasn't the case here! The temperature was perfect for all of us - we loved it. Warm enough to swim on a cloudy, rainy day and yet still perfect on a hot, sunny day. We would definitely rent again!

This property and its owners are first class all the way! The communication was flawless. We've never stayed in a property that was more organized than this one. Claudine has everything labels so efficiently, that there was never a question about where something was. She has literally thought of everything! I would stay here again, absolutely!!!!

We loved our stay in Chatham. The property was beautiful. The location is ideal. A close walk to Chatham Fish Market, Chatham Bars Inn and downtown. We loved the yard and the pool.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! My friends and I went to Chatham for a girls trip and it was the perfect home for us - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, space in the common areas, etc. I would definitely recommend!

Family Vacation '23
Amazing property in a great location. Parks & playgrounds close to house and short walk to Main Street and the Fisherman's Pier. Fantastic trip!

My family had a lovely stay. The owners were super responsive. The house was incredibly well stocked and everything was thoughtfully labelled

Beautiful house, great host!
We stayed here for a girls trip and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and very clean, and has all the amenities you could think to need. There was plenty of room for 9 of us. The host was so helpful and easily available via text. Great location and a private back yard, and the pool and hot tub were our favorite part!

The property was exactly as promised and well maintained.
We had a very good experience. The property had everything we needed and a lovely decor. the instructions we received from the owner helped us through out our stay. It was easy to move in and out.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Outstanding lay out with privacy for all guests - master bedrooms on main floor and upstairs, along with queen and bunk rooms. Serene decor with lovely colors and just the right touch! Fabulous pool room and backyard!

November Wedding
Terrific house-great accommodations for seven adults. Well appointed, great communicative owner with good recommendations. Close proximity (walking) to Chatham Bars and downtown. Hangar 8 best breakfast spot. Confections by the Sea nailed it with birthday cake upon arrival.

A family experience
The property was in excellent condition and the instructions and care of the property are beyond excellent. We had such a wonderful time and felt at home as soon as we walked in. So convenient. Chatham was a pleasure. I strongly recommend staying at this wonderful home away from home.

Fantastic property
Everything was spectacular - the home, the location, the amenities, etc. couldn’t ask for more. Looking to repeat the experience. Grandkids didn’t want to leave!😄

Wonderfully appointed home close to town
Enjoyed a terrific October weekend with college friends at this beautiful home. The space had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to a pool table and fire pit. Walkable to Main Street and Chatham Bars Inn. Owners were great to work with and extremely responsive. Addition of pool will make this an awesome summertime rental.

Excellent clean and comfortable home
We had a wonderful stay at this house in Chatham. The house is perfectly located between the town and the shore. Also within easy reach of many other towns, beaches and kettle ponds. We also greatly enjoyed the pool and bbq areas. Lots of space to hang around in. Comfortable furniture and well-equipped kitchen. Claudine is very responsive and easy to work with.

Chatham wedding weekend
My family stayed here when we were in Chatham for my nephew’s wedding. The home, pool and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Having two primary suites allowed my elderly in laws to stay with us very comfortably. The location is perfect. We enjoyed morning walks to town for coffee and afternoon walks to the pier to see the fishermen come in and to watch the seals. I hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again some day!

Wedding weekend.
Beautiful property with 2 master suites 2 other bedrooms and great spaces. Loved the outdoor shower, fire pit, swimming pool and spa corner of pool. Impeccable maintained and very well equipped. We used this for our family and attended our daughter's wedding at nearby Wequassett.
