I love Luquillo and this cute place allows me to love and live in it as a resident. One block from the beach and a few blocks from restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Can’t beat the value of this space and my host is always super gracious. See you again soon!

The location was amazing. Right down the street from the beach and places to eat and drink. The outside area was amazing. Make sure to feed the stray cats if you go. The only thing was the mattress.

Everything was very nice. Kitchen and bathroom were tight quarters but sufficient. Loved staying there. Great location and I’ll be back for sure!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for a week for our first time in Puerto Rico and it was great! The property is exactly like the listing describes and was clean and had everything we needed. It was a great home base for exploring and we enjoyed walking along the beach in the evenings after coming back from our adventures. I appreciated the detailed check in information as we ended up getting delayed and arrived in the middle of the night and we had no issues getting in. It was nice that there was a designated parking spot too!

The room was a dream, i had everything I needed and even things I didn’t need but good to have. The walk to the beach was 30 seconds from the apartment and it was all just perfect. When I come back I will definitely try to find this property again.

Nicely equipped, spacious for a studio, with lovely private outdoor space,and an outdoor shower for after the beach! We loved being just a 5 minute walk from a lovely beach! And loved the beach chairs that you can wear like a backpack, very useful!

Nice and cozy place for a couple. Outdoor patio but no ocean view from location. The one block walk to the beach is amazing. You walk to the left and theres a great walking beach. You walk to the right and you reach surfers and a boardwalk that gets you to many different restaurant choices. Grocery store is also in walking distance. ..

Everything we needed, great location. Nice to have designated off road parking. Kitchen was adequate for a beach vacation with grocery nearby, and lots of restaurant options. Bed was comfy.
