Great Beachfront Stay

This apartment was perfect. It had beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Everything worked in the apartment and they provided everything we needed for our stay. The beach towels were large and there were beach chairs along with snorkeling gear.

Very clean, great location

Property was nicely located right on the beach, facing the sunrise. We loved the kitchen, fridge, cooler loan, beach chairs and plenty of beach towels, in-room laundry machines, nicely appointed. Free parking. While we were there, beach was too rough for actual swimming but fun anyway. Close to Luquillo kiosks and just past that, a nice swimming beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Another Wonderful Week in Luquillo Beach

Just another perfect stay at this property. So convenient to the beach. We parked the rental car on a Sunday and didn’t move it until we left Saturday. There’s no reason to when it’s so perfect right outside the front door. Thanks again for a perfect week!

Perfect Location

Great spot to visit El Yunque! Best beach for families at Monserrate only minutes away. Great view of Azul Beach although not swimmable while we were there. 2 bathrooms nice for family. Felt safe during entire stay. Host returned communication quickly and very helpful.

A Beautiful Spot

My wife and i returned for a second visit to Janet's beautiful condo. The view is to die for. The ocean breeze flows through the condo day and night. The beds are very comfortable. It is equipped with everything you need.

Lovely beach spot!

We had a great stay here! We spent a couple of days just wandering the beach and enjoying the nice warm water. It was so nice to have the beach literally across the street - we could head over for a few minutes or for hours. Janet was very easy to reach and gave us easy directions to follow to get there. Would definitely recommend!

The beachfront in Luquillo was perfect. We absolutely loved the view. The place is so close to so many kiosks. It safe and secure and the beach is right in the front. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you for our stay.

Amazing Beach Front!

Amazing Beach Front always makes my vacation a dream come true with a amazing beach front! It's like the fifth time I've been in the same place. Each time I brought more and more family! I went with my husband, on another occasion I went with my mother and my brother. I’ve also gone with my sister and brother-in-law and even took my sisters-in-law and their husbands! Everyone was so fascinated to the point that now the whole family wants to go there. We love this place, from were it is located, to the cleanliness, and especially the excellent service that Janet (Host) always provides for us.

Beach front stay

We had a great time hearing from the beach front property day and night. Very relaxing! Quick walking distance to the beach and stores! It was a great location to drive the other activities we were going to throughout the week. The host was prompt in getting back to us when we messaged and we would recommend this place to anyone looking for an authentic Puerto Rico experience!

Theres was no power upon arriving. I couldn't get the key due to a faulty rusted lock box.

I didn't stay because there was no power and i couldn't get in anyway.

Great Experience!

My son and I really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with Janet was great and the apartment was beautiful with plenty of amenities. The beach is just outside the front gate, the area was nice and peaceful, and we were just a 2 minute drive to some nice food spots and various shops. We would definitely visit again.

Great time in Luquillo

My sis and I had a wonderful vacation. Too short. Janet was accommodating and helpful. We had no issue at all with the appt. Love the 1/2 bathroom.Appt just like pics. We hopped from beach to beach. Shop at Amigo to save money. We would definitely come back for a longer stay!! Thank you Janet. Pros' -Loved the parking spot -Ocean breeze at night -Close to markets, kiosks and many local beaches - washer, dryer, outside shower Cons **NEEDS BLACKOUT CURTAINS. Appt very hot during the day. This would be energy efficient. * Needs lighting in kitchen and bedroom. Hard to see to cook. - update kitchen cookwear - a tv in bedroom would have been nice since it was hot in living room.

As advertised.

I would definitely stay here again. Manager and owner were great. Making sure we were okay when the power went out. We got lucky and the storm hit south of the island. Everything you need is very close. Walking distance to the must go to often Panderri. Their breakfast was amazing. Our place was the hangout spot for our group for comfort and beach access.

Relaxing stay across the beach

Our stay was enjoyable and easy access to the beach. They had coffee maker, fridge, all pots, pans, and utensils for cooking at home. Close to nearby fast food McDonald's and Wendy's. Walmart was only 14 mins away in light traffic. They had a washer and dryer which was very convenient! It was stocked with toilet paper and had a hot shower. There was also an outdoor shower on the property to get the sand off. Beach equipment was available such as chairs and a small cooler. Bed were comfortable and the room had an AC. Only thing was towels were small but we made Do. Overall the stay was great! Thankyou to the host.

A slice of paradise

We love the location - a few steps into a swimmable beach that is sandy and medium and gentle waves. The ocean water is so clear that we could see our feet at the bottom. The condo has such a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed sitting at the balcony or lying on the couch at night, with the ocean breeze and the sounds of the waves. It is also a convenient location - 15 mins to El Yonque National Park, about 15 mins to Farjado as well. The condo is clean and has plenty of bath towels and beach towels. It is very nice to have 1.5 bath and washer & dryer. We met a few residents there and they were all friendly. One couple even gave us their address, if we need anything. Janet, the condo owner, is kind to let us have a free late checkout. She always responded whenever we have questions or need help. Thank you for letting us use your place, Janet!

Good location

The host, Janet was an amazing communicator. The location was perfect. Ceiling fans did not work, the humidity was awful and it would have helped if the ceiling fans worked and the tv reception did not work either. Other than that we slept pleasantly in our air conditioned room and enjoyed our trip.

Perfect location to enjoy one of the best beaches in PR!

I am currently confined to a wheelchair and that can be a real challenge in PR. The condo was easily accessible and so was the beach, so I was a happy camper. The place was spotless when we arrived and was well stocked with lots of beach towels, beach gear and a wonderful back patio. We really appreciated the two water filtering pitchers as we try hard to avoid using single use plastic. The condo is gated and there is a security guard 24/7-we felt safer here than at home! All in all, we will be back and will try hard to get this place again. One minor error in the listing is that there are not bath tubs in the bathrooms, but there are two sparkling clean spacious showers! Thank you!
