Professionally designed Loft style apartment near Beach, Funkzone, State Street

Jeni and Joel live full time in Fullerton, CA- small town feel in the middle of a metropolis. We have enjoyed visiting Santa Barbara regularly for the past 30 years or so. We have/had family in SB which was what brought us here regularly to start. We always dreamed of having a place in our favorite place and its finally come true!

What we love about SB is all the relaxing activities to do in nature... or spas. Joel loves cycling around the area and getting out in the hills/mountains on bikes too! The harbor offers a lot too- we've done sailing charters and kayak rentals. The beaches are magnificent - sitting a spell or walking the dogs at sunset- they are just breathtaking. The people here are a joy to interact with- from spunky college kids to retired folks still active and fun to chat with. Our dogs always allow us to easily strike up conversations with so many people. Oh, and the food and drink in SB is like no other place- we get so spoiled when we go!

Jeni loves creating comfy, cozy spaces with her interior design when she's not leading the creative team at Found Rental Co (Joel included). She finds great joy in making spaces for others and this project was a home run! Joel is in charge of the landscaping and it's a slow work-in-progress while things mature and grow.
