All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

PARKING:
Two garage spaces for most vehicle sizes. Guests can also utilize neighborhood street parking (non-metered).

Exclusive Lido Marina Village, along with the resurrected Regency Lido Theater, are within a couple short miles walking distance to provide excellent shopping, dining and water craft rentals. Guests can utilize and enjoy the various community docks, bay front walkways and inner-island piazzas throughout the neighborhood. The Balboa Peninsula is also just a minute away, offering a three-mile stretch of activity and fun in the surf and sand (surfing, bodyboarding, paddle boarding, sun bathing). Easy day excursions can take you to Disneyland/California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more!
