Wonderful guests\! They were respectful of the property, followed all house rules, and left the home clean and tidy\. Communication was easy from booking through checkout\. We’d happily host them again\.

Owner is very easy to communicate with. Perfect/central location but away from the noise. Awesome beach is about 45 second walk away. Access to private parking and garage and beach toys and bikes was very convenient and appreciates. Heads up: beds are soft: so not ideal for my post surgery back; but my wife loved em!

The house was just as described and very convenient for beach access, shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was great for making small meals, the beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house was great. Since the house faces a busy street, traffic noise was considerable, especially during the weekend in the summer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home.

Great location a block from the boardwalk. Been going on vacation in Newport every summer for 10 years and finally got a place that was dog friendly. It was really nice being able to bring our family dog with us. Having all the bikes in the garage available for us to use was fantastic! Saved us the hassle of bringing our own or paying to rent bikes. All and all, great experience.

Our stay at this property was great! The rooms were all clean and had plenty of space for our family, and the host provided small amenities that helped us feel right at home. The upstairs AC worked like a charm, and we brought a few window fans for the downstairs rooms that worked wonders to bring the temps down overnight. The location was great for access to beach and local shops. We would definitely recommend this place and would consider returning next summer!

Great stay!! Location was excellent! Walking distance to beach, restaurants, and grocery store! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Bikes and beach supplies were a plus! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Andrea! We will be back!!

Great location to beach and having the park right across the street for my boys to play basketball and to take my dog was so convenient. The house has everything you could need to enjoy a day at the beach. Highly recommend.

Perfect location. A very clean house which is super cozy. Garage with toys and bikes which were very useful during our stay. We really enjoyed our time and hope to be back.

Location, location! Very comfortable place, close to beach, boardwalk. Well stocked garage with equipment needed for beach. The area we were is very friendly & happy people. We enjoyed the stay.

House is great. It has all the kitchen necessities and amenities. Kids rode bikes and used the boogie boards. The house had everything! Wonderful experience!

Andrea's place was great! The description is perfect. The house was very clean and very well stocked. Check in & check out was super easy. The beach is just steps away. We had our 2 Labs with us--there's a park just across the street with pet areas. We were in town for a funeral but made the best of it. We'd love to come back later this year--we'll see!
