Very cute!

This cottage was perfect! Very cute and clean. Would absolutely stay here again. Check in process was easy and hosts were responsive.

Lovely little getaway

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable, perfect for a small family like ours. We enjoyed having a small yard as well as a sweet neighborhood to take walks in. Hosts were great; we especially appreciated some flexibility as our plans evolved. Thank you!

Nice apartment

The apartment itself is very nice - clean, large and with a sweet tiny private patio. It's big and pretty well stocked. We really enjoyed the apartment itself. The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, though. When I tried to take my dogs for a walk, so many aggressive dogs behind fences barked and lunged at them that I had to quickly give up. The area is borderline sketchy North Valley. Seemed pretty safe to me but definitely not a high end neighborhood. Depends what you're looking for but I would stay there again.

All in all, we paid a little over 3,000 for 25 nights. There were pros and cons, as there are with any place, so here’s the rundown.Con: The pictures appeared to be taken with a wide-angle lens, making the lodging look much larger than it actually is. If I had to guess, I’d say it’s about 1,000 square feet total, which was a little tight for three older siblings.Con: The thermostat was a little too newfangled for this old guy, and it took some homework to figure out how to use it. Once I did, though, Pro: it was smooth sailing.Con: There was a problem with the HVAC unit turning on the heat in August whenever it rained. But, Pro: Erin was great about addressing it, and once we nailed down the culprit, it was fixed lickety-split.The rest is mostly Pros: The place is clean, the host is friendly and willing to engage, it’s cat-friendly (bring your own litter box), and the AC works very well. And as a bonus, the sunrises were awesome. Very Pro.I would stay here again should the need arise.

. The property was exactly what I expected. It was cute and comfortable. There was a bit of confusion from the arrival instructions. Please note it is unit A. Unfortunately the trip was cut short because the a/c malfunction and I was unable to reach the host in a timely manner to ensure it would be resolved. The host was extremely accommodating with promising to remove the two nights I was unable to stay. Unfortunately that has not happened. Currently have a message out to the host inquiring why is was not credited
