Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house next to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Heated pool 50 yards away. 2 bikes included to enjoy scenic 30A. You'll have beach chairs, towels and beach gear to make your stay easy. 30 Avenue is attached to this neighborhood for dining, shopping and free family entertainment and Rosemary Beach is 1/2 mile away via tunnel next to 30Ave and The Donut Hole. Public beach access with bathrooms located less than 1 mile away and Camp Helen State Park 2 miles for a quiet beach experience.
This 2 story, 2 family room home has all bedrooms on the second floor with 2 1/2 baths. You'll have a generous sized living room and family room to gather, play games or watch a movie. The kitchen, dining area and second room are all open to allow you to cook and visit at the same time. You will also find the laundry room to cut down on how much you have to pack, The back deck is perfect for sitting and relaxing in the shade provided by the trees while you cook out on the grill.
