This is such a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. We loved biking to local shops. The beach was crowded. We tried to get there by 7 to set up our chairs and umbrella. The house has many beach chairs and some sand toys. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

All around great stay and fantastic location. House was exactly as-listed with tons of amenities (beach chairs, beach towels, bikes, to name a few). Had a little issue with the thermostat upstairs and it was remedied promptly by a friendly and efficient maintenance team. Would absolutely recommend SeaQuinn for a trip to this area.

Good house, terrible hosts. We asked for early check in multiple times as our flight arrived in the morning and we had luggage and children, and the host did not even consider accommodating. We asked for basic necessities for the house like trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher pods and they said that we need to go purchase those basic necessities. Any host home should provide enough of those necessities for the entire stay. Very displeased and would not recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home itself, though we do want to add some important context regarding the concerns mentioned in your review. We completely understand that traveling with children, luggage, and an early flight can make arrival day a little tricky. However, our Rental Agreement clearly explains that early check-in cannot be guaranteed and may not be available during peak seasons. Our team has a very limited window between guests to clean, complete any needed maintenance, and fully inspect each property before the next arrival. When you reached out several months before your stay, we explained that early check-in would not be available, and we reiterated that again on arrival day, including that we are unable to store guest luggage before the reservation begins. While flight schedules do not always line up perfectly with check-in times, we trust our guests to make the travel and luggage arrangements that work best for their group. The same is true of household supplies. Your personalized digital guestbook contains helpful information to prepare for your stay, including a specific list of the starter items provided in the home. Guests are encouraged to review that information ahead of time and plan accordingly for any additional supplies their group may need during their visit. We certainly understand that these policies may not have been what you were hoping for, but they were communicated clearly befor

Perfect Location and House

This house was perfect for a family with young kids. We loved the location of the house and the walkability/trolley rides offered. House itself was clean and had everything we needed. We will be back!

NO ROOM AT THE BEACH

The house was great but do not book if you want to go to the beach. They pack all the people into a tiny beach location (roughly 100 yards) where you can hardly see the water. If you want to rent the commercial umbrellas they have (which take up all the spaces on the beach), be prepared to pay over $100 a day- that is if they are even available. They were unavailable for us. There are miles of private beach you can’t use, but can look at as you are wedged next to your unsuspecting neighbor. If you want to stay here, be prepared to drive to a public beach. It’s the only way to get what you’ve paid for. Good luck

Thanks for sharing your experience and welcome to 30A! It’s a wildly popular spot (for good reason), and sometimes that means the beach can feel a little cozy, especially during the busy season. We get that it’s not for everyone, but the views are still hard to beat! While beach chair rentals can be pricey and those private beaches can seem a bit off-limits, there are definitely some great public beach options nearby with more room to spread out. Next time, we’d be happy to point you in the direction of a stretch that’s more your style. If you decide to give the area another shot, we’d love to help you find the perfect setup to make your beach time just right.

House OK, but over-crowded beach

Was just OK. Nothing special. Basic amenities. Outdoor grill was gross so we didn’t get to use it. The house is much smaller than pictured. Like the neighborhood, it’s very compact. The master suite is very small and compact. The double doors to the top floor outdoor area are broken and do not secure. The homes are practically built on top of one another. The private beach is tiny and people are packed in like sardines. We decided to go to the public beaches where it’s nice and wide open. Pros: Great AC and ceiling fans, plenty of bath towels, beach chairs and beach towels. Beds were comfy, easy walk to the pool. We rented bikes and had fun with those. The tram was nice and responsive. Easy access to Publix grocery store. Nice kitchen. Had great weather. Thanks so much.
