Regarding golf carts, please note that this is beyond Benchmark’s control as each community has its rules regarding golf carts. There are also some communities where only the owners of the property are allowed to use golf carts. Your suggestion regarding the bikes have been passed along to the proper parties. Thank you for sharing this — a bachelorette weekend is exactly the kind of trip that should feel easy and fun from the moment you arrive, and we're really sorry it didn't start that way for you and your friends. You're right that we should have followed up on the early check-in as promised, and we're sorry that fell on you to chase down instead. That kind of follow-through matters, especially on a short stay, and we've addressed this with our team to make sure guests aren't left waiting on updates we said we'd provide. We're also sorry about the missing cushions on the observation deck — we know that space was a big part of why you booked, and it should have been fully set up for you and your group to enjoy together. And finding cockroaches, not once but in two bathrooms, is absolutely not the standard we hold ourselves to. We're sorry you had to deal with that, and even more sorry that you didn't get timely updates on pest control during your stay. That gap in communication has been raised with the team so guests get clear, prompt responses when something like this comes up. We appreciate you letting us know, and we're sorry this experience made you more cautious about trusting us going forward. We're hopeful, with the changes we've made, that a future stay would look very different.
