Welcome to Sutton Cottage, where coastal charm and modern comfort harmonize effortlessly. Positioned gracefully along the tranquil shores of the ocean, this five-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom sanctuary invites you to immerse yourself in relaxation and rejuvenation.
The spacious living room, adorned with plush furnishings, offers panoramic vistas of the azure ocean, providing the perfect backdrop for gatherings with loved ones.
As the salty breeze beckons, venture onto the expansive deck, where you can revel in the mesmerizing sights and sounds of the sea. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee or toasting to breathtaking sunsets, this outdoor haven offers a serene setting for every occasion.
Indulge in the luxury of privacy with five well-appointed bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an additional powder room. Convenience is seamlessly woven into your coastal escape.

BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 6 Twin Beds

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

-Fireplaces are for decoration only, and cannot be used
-No Pets
-No Smoking
-Security camera is for security purposes only
