Great location, minutes away from parks & the bike path. Easy access to downtown Rapid City & the Black Hills. Located in a nice neighborhood. Very up to date kitchen & nice deck for eating outdoors with a Blackstone griddle. Large basement living room. Accommodates 6 with beds. 3 bedrooms (cal king, king, and queen) and 4th bed located in living area upstairs (queen murphy bed). All bedrooms equipped with 40in smart tvs, luggage racks, closets/hangers, side tables.

Home is not childproof, children need to be supervised. The deck railing has a gap on the bottom. Children under 18 are not left without an adult.

We had a great stay and will remember this property for future trips. The driveway is very steep - but after figuring that out - we did great.

Clean, well-equipped. Fantastic kitchen with a very large island and fantastic scenic views. We enjoyed watching 4th of July fireworks from the kitchen/living space and from the deck above the garage. The Nespresso maker was a lovely added touch!

Our stay was perfect for the week we spent there. Great kitchen to prepare meals and great relaxation space downstairs. Bedrooms were of sufficient size and beds were comfortable. As listed, the driveway is a bit steep but our Subaru Forester had no issues with it and it was great to park in the garage. Location was perfect for day trips to all of the neighboring state parks, attractions, and nearby towns. The host was extremely attentive and quick to reply the few times we had a question. Avoid a hotel and book this property, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

So enjoyed our time at this home with an amazing view of the area. We enjoyed a family meal in the beautiful great room, played games in the cozy family room, and had an excellent few nights of sleep in the cozy and comfy beds. Skip the hotel room and choose this property!! Also—the host was attentive to our every request—that made this stay one of our best in the Rapid City area.

Great location

The house was just what our family needed. Perfect location for us to make day trips to the various parks and attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for seeing everything in the Blackhills. We went to all 5 national park sites in the area. Owner is fantastic and provides great communication. Beds are large and comfortable.

Very comfy!

The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The beds were comfy! Very easy to communicate with the friendly owners! Large grill to cook on. Would definitely stay here again!

This home is in a great neighborhood with beautiful views. Very modern kitchen with lots of extras. The host was responsive and always got back to us with answers. My rating would be excellent, however, it is a bi-level home with a lot of stairs. The driveway coming up into the garage is also extremely steep. I wouldn’t drive up into the driveway unless you have a medium to high-rise vehicle. The other option is to park on the street, however, it is a bit steep to walk back up. Having the garage was wonderful, it is just a challenge to get up and into it. We were too older couples and possibly for younger people, the stairs and the driveway would work out fine. Again it’s a great host, a beautiful, clean home in a great neighborhood with amazing views. A couple of times we saw deer out the windows.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient location in Rapid City. This house suited our family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) well. Plenty of comfortable space to lounge around and hang out. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. We wanted to be close to Canyon Lake Park so the location was perfect for us. The neighborhood was safe and within walking distance to the park. The driveway is very steep and takes a bit of skill to park, but we considered it a competition to see who could park and backout without hitting the trailer hitch. The owner does require insurance (100 for 3-night stay) or a hefty security deposit, which I did not realize until in the booking process.
