This is our SECOND time at this property and we love it. Three of us (and a dog) that enjoy the location, the views, the seclusion, the surrounding neighborhood, the wildlife, the hot tub, the nearby park and the always available host. South Dakota in October was ideal. THE COLORS were amazing!

This was a great property. The listing was very accurate. Great neighborhood too very quiet and the house was well taken care of with everything you can ask for in a VRBO Property.

This was a great home to return to each day after seeing all the sites near Rapid City! Great kitchen and decks! Would have been nice to have bedside table and lamps in two of the guest rooms! Made reading at night difficult! TV instructions not very clear, however, we did not have time for a lot of TV. Overall, great trip, House very convenient to local stores and restaurants!

This house was in a great location to make day trips exploring South Dakota and Wyoming. The house feels very secluded even though it is close to town with plenty of restaurants and stores. We enjoyed having the hot tub to relax at the end of a long day.

Great place! Host was amazing! We had an issue with the grill and it was fixed within hours. The hot tub was a hit with us. We loved watching the sunrise in the hot tub. Close to everything. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location in Rapid City, house has lots of amenities, clean, plent of space (we had 4 adults, could easily comfortably house 6). Great view, quiet, close to grocery store and restaurants. Would definitley stay here again.

Listing was very accurate and spot on to the amenities offered. Very clean and well maintained, easy to find and great view. Host was very attentive and easy to contact. Location was good for the sights we were interested in visiting.

Home had everything we needed for a long weekend in the Black Hills. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it was the perfect spot for us to retreat after a long day of driving/ sightseeing.
