We loved our stay. A two family stay here was amazing. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Kim took care of every detail for our vacation. From stocking the fridge, to arranging tours ahead of time with her self-vetted guides, to scheduling same day requests. It was the best vacation!

Fabulous home. Unbelievable views — so much so that Costa Rica uses this view on their drivers’ licenses. Kimberly was a super host and did everything to make our stay perfect. Numerous animals were seen from the property. Spider monkeys and Cappuchine monkeys visited frequently. We had a home chef most nights— terrific.

We all loved this house. The view was amazing! The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. We would stay there again.

This place is the absolutely perfect spot to stay in MA! It’s a gorgeous home with a view that is simply breathtaking. And guess what? The animals come to you! We had howler, capuchin, and squirrel monkeys, a mama sloth and baby, toucans, agoutis and iguanas in the yard with scarlet and blue macaws flying by overhead. We got amazing closeups without having to deal with crowds or a zoom lens. We could easily walk into town or down to two beaches. Wonderful food was a short walk away, as was a great local grocery store. Kimberly, the concierge is the absolute best! She understood exactly what we wanted to do and arranged all of our excursions for us. She even had our groceries waiting for us when we arrived along with the tastiest birthday cake for my daughter’s special day. She’s incredibly organized and the best source of information on MA and CR. Her recommendations were spot on and she seemed to be available whenever we needed her. Rodrigo, groundskeeper and resident critter spotter, is an absolute asset to the property. He came and got us when he spotted the mama sloth/baby. We would have never seen them without him. Patricia, the cleaning lady, not only cleans the house 6 days/week, but does your laundry every other day. We were treated like royalty! The house itself is stunning and massive yet feels very down to earth. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need. The beds are super comfortable. We even played cornhole on the side deck. Trust me, book it!

Best house in Miguel Antonio

Absolutely stunning property. Close to everything. Probably didn't even need to go to the park with all the animals that came to visit us at the house. Highly recommend.

Family Christmas vacation

Casa Bella Vista was an exceptional home with a breathtaking view. Kimberly, Rodrigo, and Patrice were very attentive and made sure our group of seven wanted for nothing. The animals on location and beautiful infinity pool kept us entertained. We loved every minute of this getaway in beautiful Manuel Antonio!

Most amazing vacation home!

Absolutely stunning home and property. The pool was just amazing. We spent most of our time there and enjoyed the weather and all of the animals. Kimberly the considerate was extremely helpful and assisted with our every need! She really helped us have an amazing and comfortable stay. Sophia the chef was amazing and her food was absolutely delicious. We had a very memorable vacation and would love to return one day!!

Perfect vacation villa

Gorgeous view and beautifully furnished. Amazing breezes kept the villa comfortable even without AC in the living room. We have been renting beautiful luxury villas for over 20 years and have never stayed in the same villa twice. We would definitely stay here again.If you are reading this, your villa search should now be over.

I moved to Costa Rica full time after years of traveling/ studying through the summers. I found my home in Manuel Antonio for years. It's the only place in the world I have traveled to that I have to catch my breath after seeing the view again for the first time! It's such a special place from the view, the park, beaches, and of course the monkeys!

I have been fortunate throughout the years to stay at the Casa Bella Vista and proud to represent the owner. I have a passion for my friends, family and guests to have the best possible experience in Costa Rica. I make it a mission to provide a care-free vacation with all details completely handled!

This property is perfect for a family or few couples. The spaces are very nice and open, terraces off every bedroom! The pool is perfect and just an amazing place to relax or entertain. It is in walking distance to many restaurants/bars and down to the beach! Location, location!

Casa Bella Vista truly is the home to Manuel Antonio's post-card view of the National Park. The infinity pool and roof-top terrace is a spectacular spot to take it all in from the view to nature around you. There is an abundance of animals that love the house too and stick pretty close. Casa Bella Vista is private yet a close minutes walk to the nearby restaurant and bars of Manuel Antonio. It is also in walking distance down to the beach.
