Wonderful place! Feels really homey. Beautiful grounds that butt up against the jungle. Great pool too!Both the owner and the host were great to work with and obviously love the property. Monkeys, Iguanas and birds galore.

Beautiful setting

My family of 5 really enjoyed the location - proximity to Manuel Antonio and beaches) and the beautiful setting for this home. It was a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay. Best host and owner who were very responsive and helpful (Helena and Teya). Beautiful home that had everything ee needed. Would definately stay again.

Beautiful property

Wonderful home with great hosts. Teya made everything effortless and Gary was invaluable in helping us book excursions. Probably our favorite VRBO we've ever stayed in.

Communication with the host was exceptional. The property is gorgeous and very well equipped So much wildlife! Squirrel monkeys, howler monkeys, Toucans. Iguanas.

Fantastic location, great 3 bedroom house with a pool and jungle views

Perfect place to stay. Owner checked in us often, and left clear instructions. Helped us find a guide for the park.

It was a privilege to be hosted at this magnificent property. Immaculately interior design with art work throughout and surrounded by vibrant jungle setting, yet minutes away from the town and attractions.

Perfect hideaway

From the start we loved the stay. Off the beaten path just enough. House was beautiful, pool was refreshing, everything was perfect, would definitely stay again if we visit the area again. Close proximity to activities, stores, wonderful restaurants! Stumpy was awesome to see, lots of wildlife to watch while relaxing

Perfect!

The house had everything we needed. Great pool and back deck for relaxing and watching iguanas and monkeys! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great. It was the perfect end to our trip to Costa Rica!

Wonderful!!

We loved this home but what really made it an extra special experience was the wildlife in the backyard and the amazing hosts! They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed!!

Paradise

This was our favorite house and location of our trip! Great communication, clean, and a jungle backdrop that is just amazing. It was the perfect house to relax in after exploring Manuel Antonio Park and beaches! Thank you Teya and Helena!!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Every morning we got to watch monkeys jumping through the trees in the privacy of the backyard. We also saw macaws, toucans, other birds, iguanas who live by the porch, geckos, and frogs. The pool is very refreshing at all times of the day. The location is very close to lots of restaurants and the beaches. The pickup point for excursions was within a 5 minute walk from the house which was very convenient. The host is very helpful with a whole packet of recommendations for sites to see, places to eat, things to do. The host and property manager were also incredibly responsive to all our questions and keeping the home well-maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a trip to the beach or outdoor activities. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful stay in Costa Rica!!

Great place , wonderful kitchen, pool very refreshing, wild life tropical paradise close to beach, restaurants, fish monger, grocery. Family Adventure

We had an amazing stay at Casa de La Reina!! The house was very comfortable and the setting is amazing. Monkeys, birds & iguanas in the back yard. Gary was very helpful with tips on the area and arranging surfing lessons for our son. We will be back.

Amazing home away from home

Beautiful, comfortable, clean home with everything you need and more. Outdoor space made the perfect getaway with the pool, privacy, wildlife (monkeys, iguana, toucans, frogs and more!) and a hammock just right for reading and lounging. Communication was always super quick and helpful. Everything was perfect for our family of 5! We loved our stay and made so many memories! Pura vida!

A little bit like staring out onto Jurassic park

Of course, everything was spotless and very well equipped and the pool was so refreshing but staring into the forest with lots of beautiful trees, nice birds and even some squirrel monkeys who came to greet us was the best. Not so hard to locate either (thanks to the directions via WhatsApp) and lots of speedy communication with the owner.

Privacy, patio and pool overlooking garden and the jungle.

We had a great stay. We felt welcomed and supported by the host, yet we felt as home, having full privacy and peace enjoying the beautiful house. We loved the simple, but very function house layout and backyard with pool overseeing the jungle. We were spotting monkeys straight from the pool. Great location. Beautiful beaches 5 mins drive, plenty of shops and restaurants near by, tons of activities to chose from. The pics and description of the house at VRBO corresponds with the reality.

Piece of Paradise

Great home, excellent location. The pool to us was the highlight! We spent many afternoons and evenings relaxing in a jungle like atmosphere. Our hosts were wonderful and property was exactly as described, no surprises. We would definitely return.

Wonderful stay!

This was an amazing property! The home itself was clean and comfortable. It was well taken care of. The outdoor space was beautiful! We saw many types of wildlife and plants. The pool was lovely and there was an outdoor shower which was great for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach. Our concierge, Helena, was fantastic! She responded quickly to any questions we had and offered a lot of helpful tips and suggestions. We would definitely stay here again!

A paradise!!

Everything was as promised and communication was fantastic. The pool over looked the garden which had iguanas, monkeys, geckos, frogs, and toucans. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The road to the house was hard to find the first time but Helena was there to help direct us and we had no problems afterwards. Helena went over everything in the house which was very helpful. If we come back I would stay here again.

Beautiful home in Manuel Antonio

A big thanks to Teya for letting us stay in her home. She is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The home is beautiful and I really like the layout of the property. Each bedroom has easy access to the pool area. You are practically in the jungle with a prime view of the diverse wildlife. We had one snafu with the power being out for an hour during our stay but it luckily got restored quickly.

Great place to just be

We had an incredible stay. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The back garden is definitely he best part. So many animals... iguanas, toucans, different types of monkeys, an agouti... it was so nice to just sit out on the back deck or in the pool and enjoy the jungle. It's a great place to experience the nature of costa rica in your backyard (literally) and we see more animals at home than in manuel antonio park just down the road. We didn't have a car, but a 5 minute walk got us to a bus stop that took us into quepos or manuel antonio. And the concierge, Helena was amazing and helped us so much with tours and things that came up unexpectedly.
