One Block to Beach - Large 5 Bedroom House

It's a beautiful home with all the modern amenities in the historic community of Ventnor, New Jersey. This is the perfect house for a fantastic family summer; it sits JUST ONE BLOCK to the beach and boardwalk.

Our family beach house has an expansive floor plan sure to please all our guests. Through the inviting front porch and sunroom you will enter into this spacious house where you can enjoy the large downstairs, family room, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar, two bedrooms and one bath. The upstairs has three bedrooms and one bath. This house has a large porch area to enjoy the Ocean Views and summer breezes. The kitchen is newly renovated and the living room and dining room are generous in size. Start your day with breakfast in the spacious sunroom. All the rooms have window air units and ceiling fans. Washer, dryer and dishwasher are also included.

Walkers, joggers and bike riders can enjoy our famous boardwalk that spans from Margate to Atlantic City. Take in all the excitement that Atlantic City has to offer; not just for gambling anymore, with top name performers, shows and outstanding World-Class restaurants along with excellent shopping at the Atlantic City Outlets and the new Pier Shops at Caesars.

It's just minutes to Atlantic City, Margate, and Ocean City and a short ride to Cape May, Wildwood, and Seal Isle City. Boardwalk, Casinos, Grocery Store, Dry Cleaners, Restaurants, New Community Center/Library, and a Playground are all within easy walking distance.

This is a Great Shore House for multi-family vacations!

Spacious and great location

This rental worked great for our extended family to celebrate New Year's Eve. There were plenty of rooms, large dining room table to fit everyone, and close proximity to the boardwalk for taking walks and enjoying the beautiful beach. Jamie reached out to check in on us and offered to reimburse us for a burned out bulb we replaced. It is always a gift to be able to bring our dog to enjoy vacation with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Location!!!

You cannot beat this location! Easy walking distance to necessities and fun stuff. Parking was a little tough on Saturday, but easy the rest of the week. Bathroom door on first floor sometimes doesn’t close all the way. Dining table opens up HUGE, we fit 9 people around very easily. Second floor was very hot when we arrived and took few hours to cool down, but was fine after. Well stocked kitchen cabinets, tons of pillows to choose from and extra blankets. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful week

This home is beautiful. It was large enough for our whole family. It is very close to the beach and we had no problem walking there anytime of the day. The only problem we encountered was there is no yard. We have two dogs and there was no where to have them relieve themselves. There is no park or area where we could bring them. Although we always clean up after our dogs, we were uncomfortable having them pee on anyone’s shrubbery. Dealing with owner, Jamie, was great. Many memories made.

A little overpriced for what we got

Great location but the house was not very welcoming and lacked some of the basics that you would expect at a VRBO such as soap and towels in the bathrooms, laundry detergent, and remote controls for the TVs. This could be a much nicer place if it were better taken care of and if broken items were repaired. For example, the hardware on the bedroom dresser drawers was missing, the bathroom door didn't close easily, paint was peeling in the closets and the fridge was unstable and rocking off balance. The living room and dining rooms were spacious and functional, but lacked curtains. The location was great and we enjoyed some walks on the beach.

Very nice to stay.

We liked the house. It was very adequate for our needs and was a pleasant place to be. It was over a block to the beach which was an easy walk. It had a good layout, comfortable furnishing, and a porch we really enjoyed!

Wonderful week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The house is large and perfectly located, 1 block from the beach and a short walk to Ventnor Avenue and many restaurants. Jamie’s house is very well stocked with everything for the beach and for the kitchen as well. It was the perfect beach vacation.

We had an awesome time.

The house was perfect for us, quiet neighborhood, close to beach very clean house. Close to AC and many things to do. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely rent from him again.

Ventnor Beach Wife's 60th Birthday

Fantastic Time, Great house, great location. Thanks so much Jamie! We would love to do it again sometime. Had the beach to ourselves Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday. Weather got way too warm for May, Saturday and Sunday but we made the most if it.

Unbeatable location for lower cost

The house was plenty big for my party and could have fit more guests. It wasn’t the cleanest or COVID cleaning assured, but it did the job. Was very much a lived in home. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Can’t beat the location, one block from the beach

Great stay

For the price, this was a great house to stay at. Really close to the beach, clean, and plenty of space for a larger group. Communication with Jamie was easy and she responded quickly.

Very nice. The "yard" described fell a bit short. Cable in my BR stopped working after one day. Neither was a big deal. Very much enjoyed the stay.

Perfect beach house!

We stayed at this house for an annual trip to the shore visiting relatives. This time we brought along a few family friends as well. House was perfect for the large group, bedrooms were nicely appointed. Location was fantastic! Close distance to stores and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! The dining room, living room, and porch were fantastic areas for the group to hang out in! Couldn't have been happier with the house and the host!

The pictures of this house do not it justice. The house is gorgeous- everything is great condition and beautiful. The house is a block from the beach. The owner answered all my questions right away. Had a great time!! Will be back!
