Beautiful 3-bedroom, 2 full bath second floor condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This end unit condo offers easy access to community pool.

Comfortably sleeps 8 with king main, queen, and two full beds in 3 total bedrooms. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Large second bedroom (15 x 12) with ceiling fan, TV, large closet and dresser. Third bedroom has TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. Second and Third bedrooms share a full bathroom (tub/shower).

Kitchen provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 (and can be expanded for more) while breakfast bar seats another 2 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for four for dining outside.

Family friendly/excellent stay!

My family and I just had a fantastic week long stay at this property. The entire process was easy and the manager was communicative and spent a lot of time ensuring our stay was positive. I would definitely consider staying here again.

David communicated with us in advance to welcome us and ask if we had any questions. His property manager was friendly and met us at the apartment when we were checking in. He also gave us lots of tips for good restaurants and local events going on over the weekend. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook a nice dinner and relax to play family games. We would love to stay again some other time. Thank you!

Wonderful place in Rehoboth

Great location, plenty of space, well maintained and clean, spacious kitchen, the pool is literally in your backyard, comfortable beds, easy check in and out, very responsive owner (he called me the week before to see if I needed anything!). Looking forward to be back next year.

Thanksgiving week getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. The location was convenient, easily accessible, and affordable. Besides having all the necessities, there was also a nice selection of games, which our family loves. Thanks for thinking of the small things.

Close to everything in Rehoboth.

Walking distance to restaurants, tanger outlets. Owners provided a beach parking pass which was awesome. Easily found a parking spot each day on a quiet street with access to beach. Walked on the boardwalk each day after hanging out on the beach.

Short drive from beach. Just like home

We stayed at this property for my son’s baseball tournament. It was great, had a washer and dryer. All the amenities of home. Definitely would recommend.

Getting to the condo was super easy...And near all of the shopping and dining!! The condo was decorated beautifully and very comfortable...Super quiet!! We will be back!!

Comfortable and Clean

This was a perfect spot for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. The condo was very comfortable and incredibly clean. The pool is right out the back door and it's close to Lewes and Rehboth beach. There's a few restaurants within walking distance (if you don't mind walking along the highway).

Perfect Place

David and Nina's place was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation! It was beautifully decorated, had plenty of room, nice size kitchen and comfy beds! We had a short drive to our destinations to the beach, town of Lewes, and Cape Henlopen State Park. The pool and parking pass were a plus as well! Dave and NIna were prompt in getting back to us with any questions we had and filled us in on directions and information prior to our arrival! We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Fun in Rehoboth Beach.

This is our 6th time in the area and second at The Palms. Dave and Nina’s place was spacious and well equipped for our family. The beach was not far and was easy to get parking. The pool was also a nice treat in the afternoon after the beach. Everyone in the complex was friendly and neighbour Irv gave us tips as to what to see. Hope to come back next year!

Family vacation

The property is located in a great neighborhood and easy access to the beach. The children enjoyed the pool after being at the beach. The property was clean and well laid out. The 2 bathrooms was great. The only thing that we as family thought was more cooking utensils. We are a family that likes to cook and had limited utensils. The big coffee mugs were great My family would definitely stay there again. The manger was helpful during our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

It was a clean and spacious condo that was perfect for our first family vacation. Convinently located right at the Tanger Outlets and close to the beaches. Overall a wonderful stay. The property owners are responsive and helpful the whole time.

We had a great time! David and Nina’s place was clean and well kept. Everywhere we wanted to go was only a few minutes drive away. It was a great location to get to Rehoboth and Lewes beaches.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The pool view from the balcony was perfect for the parent hanging back while the baby napped to be able to see the older kids playing. Additionally, being able to see fireworks from both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth from the complex was incredible to avoid traffic chaos with 4 small kids.

Early summer heat wave

Loved it....hope to vacation there again!! Well stocked. Very nice landlords...communicate, provide directions, gave recommendations when asked. Very nice property for a family vacation. Great room layout. Nice size rooms. Nice pool. Loved the fountains.
