Ocean getaway

Our family had a GREAT trip to Miramar. We couldn’t have been happier with the location of the condo as well as everything surrounding it. It is gated so we felt very safe and secure. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great family vacation spot!

The cleaning was not as expected. We took pictures of some of it and sent it to the property manager. They were apologetic but after the third thing we pointed out, we were ignored. The owner closet was open and we alerted them as soon as we discovered it the first day. It remained open throughout our stay. I took pics and just hope we don’t get accused of taking something. Also, the dryer wasn’t great, heating element might need to be checked. The location was wonderful and we loved the roominess of the condo.

We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness of the property did not meet expectations and, more importantly, that you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed after bringing them to our attention. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we are sorry for the lack of follow-up. We also apologize for the concern caused by the owner’s closet being left open throughout your stay. Since you notified us of the issue upon arrival, we certainly understand your concern about being held responsible for anything in that area. We will be reviewing this with our team to ensure these situations are handled appropriately in the future. Thank you as well for bringing the dryer issue to our attention. We’ll make sure this is communicated to our maintenance team so the appliance can be inspected. We appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback.
