Frustrated there was no tennis/pickleball courts and construction caused a big parking problem. Otherwise, the location was great, with excellent beach access

An Awesome Vacation at Mainsail 362!We absolutely love the Mainsail complex, and our recent stay in unit 362 was lovely! The condo was beautifully appointed, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. Even though it is not a direct Gulf-front unit (which I generally prefer), it still offers a decent view and is well worth the stay. I would absolutely book this specific unit again.### What We Loved: * **The Layout:** The beds were extremely comfortable, and having three separate bathrooms for the five of us was an absolute game-changer! * **Great Kitchen:** The kitchen is well-appointed and stocked with almost everything you need. *(Tip for future guests: there wasn't a can opener, so buy pop-top canned goods if you're cooking!)* * **Top-Notch Management:** The management company they use is incredibly prompt and took care of the few minor issues I brought to their attention right away. * **Excellent Beach Service:** I know the beach chair rental service gets a lot of grief in reviews, but we had a fantastic experience. Huge kudos to Aeric for his professionalism and excellent customer service!### Good to Know (Temporary Updates):The complex is currently undergoing some upgrades. The gym was closed for construction during our stay, and the parking lot construction made parking more of a challenge this year than we’ve ever experienced here before. However, it’s clearly temporary.
