Renting 5-7 nights Between Saturday and Saturday (Exceptions see below). Best pricing on 7 day reservations, request a quote. Bay Watch Resort is located right along the beach for spectacular ocean views right from our 8th floor balcony. Our condo is unit #821 located in the center building for easy access to the Conference Center and resort restaurant. Our spacious condo is fully furnished for your comfort. 40" flat screen TV in the living room and 32" flat screen TV in each bedroom. Sleeper sofa and dining table for 6 or more. For dinning in, numerous pot and pans and counter grill for quick simple meals. Take in the scenery from the balcony or enjoy the relaxation of numerous water amenities. Two indoor pools, three outdoor pools, four kiddie pools and seven relaxing whirlpools. Take a lackadaisical ride in the meandering lazy river to release the stress of everyday life. Stay fit running on the beach or in the onsite fitness center while the kids have fun in the game room. With easy access to loads of attractions and restaurants you are sure to keeps your days filled with many wonderful activities.

Keyless entry. Simple to use and so convenient, no checking in at front desk, no lock outs forgetting key cards inside. Parking passes for 2 vehicles maximum with a max vehicle height of 6' 6" and pool bracelets waiting in the condo. Smoking is NOT allowed in the unit or on the balcony.

(Exceptions: We are open to different start days and stay lengths during peak season, Mon-Fri for example or 12-14 days. Exceptions are not supported by calendar settings and must be negotiated prior to booking request.)

** Minimum age to rent is 25. Photo identification and proof of residency will be required once booking is accepted. Contact us if interested in renting monthly during fall and winter season. We stayed for a week and loved our stay! The host was always super helpful and messaged us back fast. The resort was always clean. We loved the pools as well. All together, we would definitely stay again!!

Nice property enjoyed all the amenities and location. The unit needs some up dating. The unit has a musty smell when we first got there. After emptying the dehumidifier multiple times it smelled better. The unit was well equipped. I would say again. Thank you for sharing your space.

Steve was very responsive and accommodating! We loved our time at the Baywatch! The property was everything we needed for the four adults staying there. Property amenities are exceptional! The condo was well stocked and clean! Check-in process was very easy. Had a blast! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view. Right on the ocean. Lots of space for our family. The variety of pools/hot tubs was great and they were heated. Facilities were always clean.Room could use some updates, had an old odor smell but beds were comfortable and seemed newer, which is most important!Steve was a wonderful host. Answered all my questions very quickly and was helpful!

Nice place to stay

Nice pool areas just need more tables and umbrellas, good breakfast, nice bar area,ran out of toilet paper, fast elevators, need ramp for better access to beach with carts.

Another great stay!

We have stayed at this property multiple times. The value can’t be beat in this area. We loved the ocean view from the balcony, the spaciousness of having two bedrooms and two full baths, and the multiple pools. The property owner is always prompt in responding to texts as well.

We had a great time

Plenty of beach gear in the closet was a delightful find, loved the balcony view. We had a small issue with an appliance and the owner was very responsive to our concerns. We had a great time and felt like we were at home this delightful condo.

This unit was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed.

The unit was very clean and very well equipped with every Item of cookware we needed and an umbrella and beach chairs. It was roomy enough for three adults and three children. The multiple indoor and outdoor pools were a great hit with the kids and access to the beach is right there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit and at this resort and would definitely come back.

Great time at Baywatch!

This was my family’s second time saying in Steve’s condo. It isn’t fancy, but it has the important stuff: an ocean view, great beach, and nice pools/amenities. The condo is a good value and meets our needs perfectly. Steve has fast communication as well. We hope to visit again!

Excellent view and comfortable accomodations.

This place was great. It was comfortable, plenty of room for 5 people and kitchen was nicely stocked. You can not beat the view. What you see in the picture is a true view. The beach was never crowded and it was clean. This condo is within 30 minutes of Broadway at the beach. Easy to get to restaurants and shops. Owner was very fast to respond to my phone call. We highly recommend this place.
