The Treasure Island front office charges a $35 one time fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

Only 1 dog less than 30 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $300 pet fee upon arrival.

This was a beautiful condo with a breathtaking view of the ocean. I read reviews where people were complaining about long waits to get on the elevator. I'm wondering if they went during spring break because we never had to wait for a elevator. We were here the 2nd week of August. There is so many things I loved about this place. The parking garage is a extra bonus. I love that the beach loungers are included. That in itself is a huge savings. We watched dolphins out in the ocean one morning from are balcony which we thought was really cool. We definitely would highly recommend this condo. And would definitely stay here again.

Treasure Island is one of our favorite places to stay. Beach is easily accessible by ramp with a wagon loaded with necessities for children. Pool is well maintained with plenty of chairs. Staff is friendly.The unit itself was beautiful. Gorgeous beach view. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and living room furniture (recliner on one end of couch did not recline, but comfortable otherwise). Quick and easy “check in” process.Our only small complaint was some of the balcony furniture was damaged when we arrived. The edge of the table was frayed and 2 of the chairs had holes in them so we didn’t use them to prevent further damage.

Very nice views with a large balcony. Spacious condo. Nicely decorated. Condo grounds well kept. Parking garage a nice plus. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the free beach chairs. Condo was beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable.

Excellent condo

The condo was clean, beds very comfortable, patio furniture was good. The only issue was that we had to call the internet provider to get the correct WiFi password. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived a little early and checked in at the office. I went up to see if we could get in using the code because I assumed if the code worked the condo was ready. I got in with code and condo appeared to be good to go at first glance. We parked unloaded and moved into condo to find that it had not been cleaned. The cleaners showed up at 3 check-in was at 4. I could not really communicate with the cleaners but I wasn’t about to load everything back up. They contacted who they were employed by and I guess just left with no communication. When we went to get groceries I bought stuff to clean and wash all the linens, no big deal as I didn’t have a problem cleaning since we checked in little early. But the cleaners showed up at 3 which means they had an hour to get condo clean before our check in, there is no way this was possible, it took me well over an hour to clean and do linen laundry for our stay. I know we checked in early, but I assume if the code is working then the condo is ready. The only other complaint I have is the size of the towels, they were too small for adults. We did have some other minor problems with guest bath, dryer and refrigerator but nothing we couldn’t handle as normal home owners. The condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay and I tried my best to take care of it like it was my own. Bed was comfortable and space was great as well as balcony. I know you can’t please everyone but overall our stay was good and I would book again.

The chairs in the balcony were not in good shape, reached out via email and within one day there were new ones. Nice and relaxing, loved the space and cooking pots, and dishes for meals as we are cooks. We all enjoyed staying on this side of the beach and will stay here again.

This was the worst vacation rental experience we have ever had. We expected a relaxing family vacation, but instead dealt with an unclean property, major maintenance issues, and very poor customer service. When we arrived, the condo was dirty and disgusting and did not match the listing photos. It was clear it had not been properly cleaned.The biggest issue was the air conditioning. We went over 48 hours without AC in extremely hot, humid weather. The unit became unbearable. We repeatedly contacted management and were told someone would come, but there were long delays and little communication. We also went without water during our stay, adding more stress and inconvenience. Because the AC was never fixed, we ultimately had to leave our vacation early.Communication from the management company was slow and unhelpful, and we were never given direct support to resolve issues quickly or at all. Even after all of this, no fair resolution was offered. This property was not clean, not maintained, and not as advertised. We would not recommend this rental or management company. I hope the owner reconsiders this company. My kids vacation they look forward to every year was cut short and ruined.

Always stay at Treasure Island and have stayed in this particular condo before. Could use restock of skillets as only had 1 and had to use and clean 2-3 times each time we cooked. Also putting in an air fryer or crockpot would be great. My great enjoyment is laying out on lounger on the balcony of the evening and relaxing listening to the waves but, no longer had loungers. Hopefully loungers can be replaced.

Not as expected but worked out fine

The place was great and pretty clean but the furniture is a bit worn out and tired. The kitchen was wonderful but there are a few important things missing - pot holders for one. The rugs are filthy and the paint on the toilet seat in the hall bathroom is wearing off in spits so that immediately caught my eye and rather grossed me out. The porch furniture is starting to fall apart but there are a few chairs that we found that were okay. The view was spectacular! All in all we had a very relaxing stay.

Love Treasure Island

We had a wonderful week at Treasure Island unit 1802. We have stayed at this complex multiple times. Condo had everything we needed and was clean when we arrived. Check in process was fast and easy, I did everything online so all I had to do was go to office and pick up parking pass and bracelets which they had ready for me. Property manager answered any questions I had within a hour. Only issue I had was connecting to wifi, but that really didn’t bother me, we managed the week just fine. I would gladly stay at this unit again. Everything is exactly as pictured. Thank You for a great week!

Great Condo - Terrible Rental Company

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is beautiful and we love staying at Treasure Island. This is the worst rental company we have ever booked through. If you have no issues or concerns then it will be fine, but, if an issue comes up the rental company may or may not help you. The ladies at customer service were terrible to work with. You're better off booking directly through Treasure Island.

Location is Prime

This condo is perfect for those who want a slower pace while on vacation! It is on the quieter side of Panama City Beach but still plenty close to all the attractions and eateries and shops! The balcony is by far the biggest asset. The balcony is 9 x 30! My husband and I loved watching the sun come up and go down from the balcony and observing all the marine life (we saw sting rays, sand sharks, pods of dolphins and a manatee) and pelicans, seagulls and osprey! Honestly we spent about 65% of our vacation on the balcony! The condo was very clean and well appointed! All furniture was comfortable and well placed. The kitchen was well stocked! The decor is very beautiful in each of the rooms! Treasure Island Condo's are one of the best in out 10 years of visiting Panama City Beach! We only had one issue and when I texted Jonathan's team (ECDI), I received a response in seconds. Literally seconds! I was very pleasantly surprised! All communications with ECDI were outstanding! I was very leary after seeing reviews on this company but I can say they treated us with utmost respect and were quick to respond to any message sent! I would 100% stay with them again with no hesitation!

Manatee, dolphins and rays, oh my!

This condo was lovely for two adult friends for last minute beach trip. Pros: Of course, beach was gorgeous. Chairs and umbrella were used every day. Condo was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchenware for a rental. Balcony is spacious, with table/4 seats for meals. (Note, only one lounge chair on balcony now.) From the balcony, we spied a manatee, multiple dolphins, and multiple HUGE rays. Cons: No beach towels (luckily we brought our own). No extra blankets (sunburned skin gets chilly). Biggest con was wi-fi didn't work until fourth day of stay. Prop mgr (bot?) answered my repeated emails with the same answer "Password is ****." Yeah, password wasn't the problem as I explained in my detailed emails. MY call to tech company revealed that problem could not be fixed remotely, as the system was not configured properly. After 5 emails to condo mgmt co. (useless), a visit to onsite property mgmt co. (powerless), 5 calls to/from tech co. and scheduling condo visit from tech co., the wi-fi was finally working (on day 4). My friend and I needed strong wi-fi to work in the mornings, so I did not appreciate having to do all the legwork myself. I don't own the condo, and I'm paying for a worry-free vacation. Who wants to deal with the cable company on vacation?!?!? PW simply didn't work, and property manager offered zero assistance in fixing the problem. Will go back to Treasure Isl, but not this mgmt co. Not the owners fault, so still 4 stars.

It was dog friendly, nicely decorated and stocked pretty good. only thing I could of used was more frying pans and hot pads (none).. there was 2 frying pans, 1 normal size the other was an egg pan. But that's ok because we eat out for dinners. Beds were comfy, Nice TVs in all rooms and bathrooms were standard but clean, NO mold etc!! Treasure Island was upgrading their gate to the pool deck when there so be prepared for a gate code. Located by lots of places to eat and out of the busy side of Pier Park but not a bad drive over..
