Modern & Spacious Loft: 7 min Walk to Universal Studios, Steam Room, Hot Tub
This home is recently fully updated modern and large about 1800 sq feet .It has a really nice feel. It’s warm and comfortable. There is a couch that you can sit at to watch tv. You can sit at the island with your computer, or cook with produce from a market nearby, even take a 5 minutes walk to city walk and have a blast over there. There are also many hiking trails near the area.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES
This brand new home is on a second floor of a mixed use building, there is a neighbor Downstairs but fully separated, very convenient and comes with the whole package. It has a kitchen including a fridge, stove, sink, and microwave. There’s 1 Easter king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom room, a comfortable couch, as well as a dresser. The master bathroom is equipped with a steam in the rain shower room and a Jacuzzi bathtub, a self opening toilet with light an a bidet. The second bathroom has a rain shower, the third is a half bathroom for guest. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most high end stove a fridge microwave and a dishwasher, water purifier for drinking water hot and cold.
Please keep shoes by the entrance upstairs to keep any bacteria from entering the loft and also because some shoes may damage the floor.
Also please do NOT throw trash in Neighbors bin there will be a $50 charge .
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
For security purposes, please be aware there are cameras in the common areas (right outside the doors of the units A & B as well as the bottom of the staircase) and outside the building for the protection of our property. There are absolutely NO cameras within the actual unit.

House Rules:
- Not a party house .
- Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside. $500 penalty will be charged to anyone who smokes inside or close enough to the house with a door or window open so that the house smells of smoke on the inside.
-Do NOT throw toilet paper in the toilet, put it in the trash, or the toilet will get clogged.
-AUTO DOOR LOCK, the door with the keypad locks automatically in 30 seconds, please make sure that you close the door correctly, if it does lock before you close it, turn the knob to go back into place then close the door again so it closes correctly.
-Please CLOSE your door A when you arrive and please do not hang out in the common are the corridor and entrance.
-When you use towels or blankets please don’t put them back, please put it in the
NO loud music allowed and all music should be off at 10 pm.
-There are cameras recording 24/7 in the common areas (right outside the doors of the units A & B as well as the bottom & top of the staircase) and outside the building for the protection of our property. There are absolutely NO cameras within the actual unit.
-And of course, have fun!
