Be welcomed by unobstructed views of both the ocean and intracoastal waterway and experience amazing sunrises and inspiring sunsets. Enjoy a swim in our covered pool or watch the fishing boats and dolphin go by as you enjoy a cup of coffee from the private balcony. Also onsite is an arcade and playground for the children.

There is also a main resort pool with a cabana serving food and beverages as well as an onsite restaurant for the whole family.

Beauty view and fun vacation

Everything was great. We had a fun time and commucation with the host was easy. Yhe view was spectacular. We would love ti visit again.

Clean and cozy with everything we could need. From the balcony we had beautiful sunsets in the evening and we watched the dolphins with our morning coffee. The host, Antonia was very kind and helpful. We will definitely return!

Wonderful beach retreat!

St Regis is a real gem - wonderful facility. The pool was very nice and the 2 restaurants and coffee shop onsite were great. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with supplies. We loved that the deck had views of both the ocean and inter-coastal waterway which had some fabulous sunsets! Want to come back again!!

The carts and ramps made ingress and egress a simple task. Ample parking. Very clean. Everything needed was provided. Pool and beach easily accessible. Excellent views of ocean and sound side. Our hostess was easy to contact and was extremely helpful during our vacation.

Dream Views: Beach & Wetlands--Beautifully Decorated Apartment

The property & apartment was perfect ! Beautifully clean and decorated, unbelievable 360 degree views of the ocean and the wetlands which included sunrise and sunsets, & a balcony to catch the breezes. Steps from the beach. Perfect amenities a restaurant and coffee/ice cream shop on premises. Owner was available for questions. Will stay here again on my next trip !

Susan and her party were amazing guests! They communicated well, left my condo in fantastic condition, and were so courteous, having them as guests seemed like welcoming friends into your home. They were the type of guests that make hosting fun and rewarding! I would be thrilled to host them again.

Beach Vaca

The condo had the space and everything we needed. Property owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. Condo was very clean, great location, and great view of both the ocean and intercostal waterway. St. Regis had an onsite ice cream/coffee shop which was convenient.We had a great time visiting North Topsail Beach.

The condo was exactly as described. There is a really good coffee shop located in the same building! Having 2 pools was nice and you’re right at the ocean. My husband’s only complaint was how small the shower was in the bedroom but it just used the other one. The condo is 10-20 mins away from shops and other restaurants depending on what you’re looking for.

Another great experience using VRBO. The condo was perfect for the three of us. Access to the beach is super easy. Got to watch a whole slew of fireworks from the balcony. A great host will welcome you and keep you updated on anything you may need to be aware of during your stay. Thank you again for a great place to stay.

Antonia is a great host! The whole process from start to finish was easy and smooth. She is very responsive and gives you all the information you will need. The condo was clean and filled with everything you will need to make your stay easy! It is beautifully decorated, offers a quaint, beachy vibe with a lovely view of the ocean and the sound. Highly recommend anyone needing an affordable beach getaway. The amenities were a lovely perk too! Gym, 2 pools, beach access, game room, on site coffee shop (a must!) and a restaurant.

What I enjoy most about North Topsail Beach is that it is quiet and family oriented. St. Regis Resort, where our condo is located, has several wonderful amenities including onsite eating options, an ice-cream shop, a coffee shop, resort style pool and a covered pool. Our neighbors are friendly, and because of the quiet nature of North Topsail and my condo, my family, friends, and are able to relax, sleep well, and enjoy nature while we're there.
