My family and I really enjoyed this house. The open floor plan was great for entertaining and I really appreciated the kitchen being well stocked. Everyone raved about the house, how comfortable the beds were and how towels were in good supply. The outdoor space was great as well! I highly recommend it.

This was wonderful house for our family girls trip!The house is in a nice neighborhood and we saw deer in the morning and evenings. The house was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I would come back and stay again.

Perfect Family Week

Extremely comfortable and quiet place for a family getaway with our kids and their spouses and our one year old granddaughter. Peaceful mornings on the porch watching the deer in the orchard with a cup of coffee. Very clean and spacious and convenient few minutes to main street in Fredericksburg. Everything we needed was there (including a blower to sweep off the putting green :). Extremely attentive host. Just a great place to hang out with the fam! Highly recommend.

Property was beautiful, didn’t use the hot tub or sauna but maybe next time. Beds were very comfortable, loved the sitting area and patio, large enough to spread out with friends.

Loved seeing all the wildlife around the property!! Everything very clean ! Had a problem with the front door but used a key and good after that!! Very good response to all questions!!!!

There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of seating for when we were all together. We really enjoyed and used the hot tub and putting green several times.

Great Home, and great location

This place was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again. We loved the spacious areas, the back yard, and how every room has king size beds. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Also, response times were quick. Thank you Anderson Orchard.

Great Place

We had a total of 4 couples staying at this property. Was a great experience. More than adequate room sizes and all the amenities were fantastic. Cooking stuff was great, putting course was out to very good use for all kind of games. All king size beds were very comfortable. Sauna was great also. Very close to all the festivities. Would highly recommend the stay.

Amazing girls trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The presentation was beautiful, the space was generous and perfect for a large group, and the location couldn’t have been better. While we did notice a few ants on the kitchen counter, everything else was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this property.

Family gathering

This house was above and beyond our expectations. It was the perfect place for my family to gather. Close enough to downtown but in a nice quiet location.

Wonderful stay for a girls trip!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Fredericksburg! Our group of 8 loved the spacious layout – the king beds were extremely comfortable, and the open-concept living space was perfect for gathering and relaxing together. The home was clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed for a memorable trip. We highly recommend it for girls' trips or couples' getaways. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay

Totally surprised at the location, cleanliness, and amenities. We are all older than 73 years old. The house was large enough for all of us to enjoy without being crowded and each couple to have their own bathroom-Great!

Delightful Stay, Wonderful Home

The house was lovely and very well appointed. It was easy to get to and a great location.The putting green was a big hit as were all the king beds. Rare and fabulous for all the grown ups to get king beds! Thank you Anderson Orchard!

60th bday getaway

This is the best home we have ever rented. The layout was incredible, the kitchen had everything you need and more, the views 360 were amazing and the peace was unbelievable. For an avid golfer our son LOVED the putting green. We will definitely book this place again. Only negative goes to the hot tub. Water was a little dirty. But we spent hours in it anyway.
