Lovely stay

I would absolutely rent this home again. Fantastic private location with pool and lots of room - and close to beach. Only recommendation would be to leave more paper towels, tp, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies for guests. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The Good Stuff

The house was fabulous with lovely bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The pool was a refreshing addition to cool down on hot days.

AMAZING HOME!

We loved everything about our stay. The house is beautiful, the outdoor area was spectacular and the proximity to the beach (the access/boardwalk was so convenient) couldn't have been better. Having use of 2 separate hot tubs was stellar and the large pool was perfect so everyone could be in the water at the same time. I can't express how amazing this house was!

Great Beach House

Love this house. The location is excellent to the beach access. The renovations have improved this beach house tremendously. The pool living area & bar make the outdoor experience, especially when it’s super hot out. Great addition.

Heaven on earth!

We absolutely loved everything about this house: location, decor, cleanliness, pool, and hot tubs (yes, two!) Five girlfriends pinched themselves every morning that we could savor it all for a week. We'll definitely be back!

Our favorite Corolla home!

This home is well decorated and lovely inside with a kitchen that has all the necessities. The pool is a wonderful relaxing spot after a long day at the beach. You can sit in the hot tub and soak your cares away. The upper level porch gives you an ocean view and is close enough that you can hear the waves. We can't wait to come back next year.

We enjoyed the top deck each morning while having coffee. The outdoor area by the pool is very nice. The 2nd refrigerator was an assets. It was a short walk to the beach with a nice walkway.

Beautiful vacation spot

We loved the new outdoor shower and bathroom. The outdoor update is fantastic. This is our second time at this particular rental. Everything was top notch The hum from the hot tub on the second floor was a bit annoying . This is a great place to reconnect with family and friends!

Had a great time at the Good Stuff

The house itself is lovely and well laid out. There were a few issues concerning the TV's (only 1 our of 4 worked) and there was an ant issue in the kitchen area above the sink. The outside pool, hot tub, and outdoor furnishings were a plus. We spent a lot of time outside.

The nicest house we have stayed in.

This house was perfect. The salt water pool was amazing along with the bathrooms in each master. I have never seen such nice showers . One thing that could be improved (not with the house) though was the cleaning. The floor was very sticky but that was ok since we just wiped it down ourselves. (I am thinking this was left over from the people before us, judging by their trash) But we would definitely stay again ! This was our first time in Whalehead too. We loved walking in the mornings to get coffee and bagels. Thanks so much for a great stay.

The Good Stuff

We had a wonderfully relaxing week during our stay at The Good Stuff. The house was nice and airy on the top floor with an open floor plan including a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable family room. The house is a short walk to the beach and is right next to the walkway, so a very direct route. Although the house is not directly on the beach, we had very nice views of the ocean from the decks and master bedroom. There are two large hot tubs (one by the pool and the other on the lower deck that were just opened for the season, but because we were there in early April the pool was not open yet. It is a very nice pool area, so will be great for those who come after April. All in all, this was a very nice place to stay and exceeded our expectations and was certainly a good value. Highly recommended.

Nice property and great location but there are a lot of steps and no useful handrails. The stairs at the main entry which goes from ground level to the main entry door had no handrails at all. Stairs at the secondary entry also had no handrails. Stairs that go from the bedroom level to the kitchen/great room level were not continuous and were poorly located. This caused one of our family members a great deal of difficulty.

Not the same…

Third time at the house and while we enjoyed and loved the new bathrooms and expanded outdoor pool area-we were disappointed with the lack of cleaning/housekeeping, lack of response to an issue and the dirty linens laying in the driveway until Wed when i had to call the management company again about the hot tub not working.

The house was very spacious and clean. Well stocked with cookware, dishes, silverware, bakeware etc. I was impressed by the owner providing extra beach chairs if you needed them. The convenience of having a refrigerator and a bathroom in the pool area was a plus. Nice sitting area also. This is not a complaint but it would be nice if the pool was heated. This was our first vacation in Corolla. I suggest staying in the “The Good Stuff” rental. Close walk to the beach and the Whalehead community was quiet. Convenient to shopping and grocery stores. Overall we had a fantastic time during our stay!
