Welcome to The Jewell, a completely redesigned 3-bedroom retreat nestled on the coveted tip end of Crown Point in Pacific Beach, San Diego. This well-appointed home offers a seamless blend of modern amenities, cozy comforts, and a design that fully embraces the coastal and surf culture of southern San Diego.

We've meticulously designed this house with your vacation experience in mind, aiming to create a retreat for relaxation and convenience, while also providing everything you need to enjoy the local beach and bay lifestyle.


THE SPACE

The Jewell was thoughtfully designed to offer all the modern amenities while maintaining a welcoming yet vibrant atmosphere.

Upon arriving, you'll find convenient parking for one vehicle. The inviting entrance, equipped with a lock box for easy self check-in, ensures a hassle-free arrival.

Additionally, there is always ample street parking available in front of the house.

Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by an expansive, open-concept space that seamlessly combines the living area, dining area, and fully stocked spacious kitchen. The living room features a large sectional sofa and a TV with streaming services, perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The home is fully air-conditioned, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.


COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS

Inside the house, you'll discover:

Master Bedroom: A serene retreat featuring a queen bed, private workspace, and closet.

Guest Room 1: A cozy room with a queen bed, private workspace, and closet.

Guest Room 2: A family-friendly room with a full-over-queen bunk bed, perfect for the kiddos, and its own closet.

A full bathroom with all the essentials provided.

A spacious kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing meals to share at the dining table that seats six.


OUTDOOR OASIS

Slide open the large patio doors to reveal your private backyard retreat, perfect for keeping the fun going after returning from a full day of sightseeing. The newly designed patio features comfortable seating, ideal for enjoying the ambiance of Crown Point. The backyard is equipped with a barbecue for al fresco dining, a beach wagon, beach chairs, and towels for your trips to the bay or the beach.

You’ll also have access to several bikes, perfect for exploring the local area, and the fully fenced yard provides a secure space for children to play.


GUEST ACCESS

You will have full and private access to the entire home and backyard. Although the recreational use of the backyard is designated exclusively for guests at The Jewell, please note that the washer and dryer located on the far back wall of the backyard are shared with the other units on the property.

Rest assured, our hosts are here for you 24/7, ready to answer any questions or swiftly address any concerns that may arise during your stay. However, we understand the importance of your uninterrupted relaxation, so unless our presence is needed or requested in person, we respect your privacy to ensure you fully enjoy your stay without unnecessary interruptions.

Just a heads-up: When you check in, we'll put a $500 hold on your credit card that you used to book your stay. This hold will be released within 72 hours after you check out, provided everything's in good shape.

Also, In the event of a cancellation by the guest, refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any credit card processing fees.
