Great location in Old town Alexandria, VA. You will be in walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, museums, & activity in Old town while having your own backyard oasis including a hot tub.

Enjoy a stylish experience in a quiet neighborhood in Old Town, the heart of Alexandria. Located just minutes from Washington, D.C., voted one of Travel + Leisure’s Best Cities in the U.S. 2023, and one of The South’s Best Cities 2024 by Southern Living.

You will find restaurants with waterfront views, as well as numerous boat tours and water taxis that can take you to multiple scenic locations within the area.

This is a perfect location if you want to stay in a safe neighborhood that is close, but not too close to the hustle & bustle of the D.C. area. You can travel easily by walking, bike, or 2 metros located within walking distance.



This is a private house with no shared spaces. You have access to your own kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, and three bedrooms over approximately 1584 square ft

You will be delighted with everything you need for a cozy stay. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics: coffee, tea, microwave, oven, toaster, etc. Enjoy the luxury experience that you deserve with a Dyson hair dryer and straightener, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion provided by Ritz Carlton.

Great location, beautiful home, super comfy beds, nice outside spot for coffee. Walkable to King Street where we hit Tatte Coffee, and Cooper Mill for great food/drink. Peter the host was very helpful. The cookies wre a big hit with the family.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse in Alexandria with our family. The host was amazing! Incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit, making check-in and communication seamless. The home was exceptionally well-stocked with thoughtful touches that you don’t often find in vacation rentals, including plenty of coffee and a variety of other amenities that made us feel right at home.The location was another major highlight—easy walking distance to the Metro, restaurants, and local attractions, making it convenient to explore the area without needing to drive everywhere.The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great family stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alexandria.It’s the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in!

If you’re looking for the perfect place in Old Town, look no further. This beautiful home is immaculately clean, fully stocked with supplies, the beds are comfortable, and the location is perfect. You can walk to everything on King Street and also to the Metro. Peter is a responsive host who cares about his guests. Book it — you won’t regret it!

Three childhood friends stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. The house is super clean and quite spacious for its size. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Also, Peter was exceptionally prompt with responses (we locked ourselves out once)!

Convenient location with an easy walk to lots of great restaurants. We did not have any pets with us but it was clear that this is pet-friendly property.

Beautiful property! Well stocked with essentials. Cookies were waiting for us and coffee was already stocked. Very nice additions such as Dyson hairdryers. Our bed was super comfortable and the hot tub was amazing to have at the end of a long day. The host was very quick to respond when I needed some help. I would definitely stay here again! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is so convenient, you can walk everywhere and leave your car in the driveway. The accommodations were clean, modern, and pet friendly for our dog. Even though we didn’t get time to use the hot tub, the patio was so relaxing. The fireplace in the living room was perfect for chilly mornings. Also, our host’s communication was always prompt and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Alexandria!

4 day stay for a family of 4, one being a teenager. Whole home was clean, spacious and very homey. Fireplace was a life saver for the cold mornings. We didn’t utilize the kitchen much BUT this home is ideal for a dream home away from home stay. Parking was limited on Friday BUT accessible the remainder of the stay. Good food options and metro all within walking distance. Will stay again if we are in the area.

Loved the house and area it was in. Close to everything we wanted to do.Peter the host was very easy to contact . It was only 2 of us so only used master bedroom but the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot, beautiful home, lots of extras! Great hot tub, gas fireplace was cozy and a great added amenities! Awesome communication with host. Comfortable beds! The Prosecco and cookies that were left for us was a nice touch and welcome! We hope to stay again soon! Book this place if you want a perfect experience!!
