Excellent family environment with the home and its amenities; as well as a fantastic pool facility! All ages loved the lazy-river, the big water slide, the splash pad, and the pool. Location is convenient to main roads and to stores!! Our stay was fantastic!

Host responsiveness was good. The house was family-friendly. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was a nice neighbourhood. The air conditioner/heater upstairs was difficult to set. It appeared to be on a timer. One minute the a/c was on and the next minute the heater would come on. The bathroom in the 3rd bedroom was not as clean as it could have been. The bathmat appeared to be dirty. The shower liner had mildew on the bottom seam.

Great modern house

Great modern and clean house. We felt very comfortable there. It had everything we needed and we can only recommend it to everyone. The walk to the pool is relatively short.

The lazy-river and pool were a hit with my kids!

This rental was as advertised- had plenty of space for our needs and the community pool was amazing.

Enjoyed a lovely escape. Place was as advertised and would stay here again. Pluses include master on ground floor and large bunk room for kids to enjoy. Any questions were quickly addressed and centrally located to explore any adventure a person might desire. Would definitely recommend...

Nice stay

The house was spacious, well equipped, & comfortable. It was a great place for our group of family with grandparents, parents & children. We followed the requested rule of no shoes inside, but did find our feet got a bit dirty. The linens, kitchen & bathrooms were nice & clean.

Overall this home met our needs. The plates we used got so hot in the microwave- maybe consider new plates. Bedrooms and sleeping arrangements were awesome.

Only Great Things!

I can't even try to think of something negative to say, this place was flawless!! So clean, so spacious, great beds and linens. Loved the kitchen and supplies, so much to do with games, and the pool access. Parking was great for our needs. Loved the garage set up as well. Literally amazing!

Quick weekend

Overall the location was good, house clean, had your basic needs in the kitchen. sometimes they have body wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner but was missing some items.

Great property

We were here for 2 weeks on a bike/hike vacation (2 teens and 2 adults). The house was great…a perfect size for 4 of us and had everything we needed to cook from home. Location was perfect. We could bike to church rocks from the house and the other biking and hiking (Zion) were 30-45 min away. The lazy river at the pool and the pickleball courts were a daily highlight. I would highly recommend this property.

Great setup. Plenty of room. Main floor tv could use a sound bar as basic tv speakers aren't great but we didn't watch much. A few things I would have liked but 10 out of 10 overall.
