The huge master bedroom features a king bed, sofa, TV, walk in closet, a full bathroom with a deep bath tub and separate shower.

The second bedroom features a comfy queen bed with a TV and walk in closet.

The third bedroom which I call the funky bunk room has two sets of triple bunk beds for a total of six beds. It has a large standard closet with sliding doors.

Great family stay

Great, clean house that was perfect for our family. Kids loved the bunk bed room as well as the pool and slide. Would stay here again!

We were just there for 1 night but were so impressed we plan to come back! The property was aamzimg - clean, fully equiped kitchen, and so much space! The community is super cute, we didn't have time to go to the pool and we were so sad because it looked amazing! Communication with the property management was super easy, clear and timely!

Comfortable Beds and a Fun Pool

We loved our stay here! ages 4,6 and 8 had a great time at the amazing community pool. The lazy river and slide made it extra fun for adults and kids. The home was wonderful and we would love to come back again. The host was easy to reach and very responsive.

Nice property for our long weekend. Loved that everything in the house was labeled and well organized. There was lots of room and plenty of everything. Owner was very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have one problem with our stay.

Such a great place to stay! The house was great, beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and the extras like pool equip and pickleball set made it extra fun. We all looooved the pool with the slide and lazy river. Communication with the host was top notch. Thank you!!

Chilly spring

The house was as described. Great location to the pool and pickleball courts. It was a very busy week so it was hard to get a court there are only 2. The beds were nice and comfy. Tons of trails for bikes and walking. It is kinda out of the hub bub of downtown which makes it really nice. Super easy access to the freeway. I would absolutely recommend staying her.

The space was clean, modern, and open. A great entertaining area and plenty of room. Everything is labeled and well stocked. We had everything we needed. Nice neighborhood with a short walk to the water park! Centrally located making it easy to get out and do family activities. We loved our stay and will be looking to book another visit in the future!

This community is nestled in the desert hills of Washington City. It is just off the freeway for easy and quick access. It is centrally located, not far from St. George, Reservoirs Quail Creek and Sand Hollow. It is also a close drive to the epic Zions National Monument. The area has a nice community feel and the pool and lazy river area are top notch.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

My beautiful condo is close to the pool area which is nice especially for the kids. My first priority is your safety and privacy. The front door has a smart lock that gives each guest a unique code to use during their stay. After each stay the codes are erased. So rest assured no one else has the code to the front door during your stay. There is also a fire extinguisher and first aid kit in the kitchen. Each floor has a fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector.
The place is kept very clean and tidy for each guest. Everything is washed and cleaned 100%. The place has nice decorations and furniture which make it feel cozy and like home. There is shampoo, conditioner, body wash available in the showers. There is also hand soap and lotion in the bathrooms for your use. For your convenience there is containers of Qtips, Cotton face pads, and teeth flossers for your use in each bathroom. If you have forgotten a razor or tooth brush don't worry we have extra just for this reason.
